The Boat House Sierra Cottage

This was a wonderful stay. The Boat House is extremely comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen, cute bedrooms, and well-functioning AC (much-appreciated during the heat wave)! My child loved all of the games, and we enjoyed walking up the road to see the sunset and driving to the lake for the day. I'd definitely return if I came back through!

10/10, Would Book Again

The place is gorgeous and spacious. It has any immensity you can think of: kitchenware, spices/basic ingredients, coffee/espresso, wifi, tech. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable. They’re a short walks to a nice large pond, and within medium driving distance to most attractions in this are of the Sierra’s. The owner was very communicative and understanding! 10/10 would book again.

Charming Forest Cottage

Lisa’s cottage was the perfect stay for our weekend getaway. We were travelling from Sacramento to LA and wanted to make a stop by Yosemite for the day. This cottage was about a 2-hour drive from the national park, in a small forest neighborhood. It was charming and beautifully decorated, with impeccable attention to detail. Lisa was also a great host, very responsive and accomodating. Would definitely visit again.

I really liked the setup of the cabin from the living room to the kitchen, it’s so adorable and comfortable. The outside patio areas are nice to relax and take in the wilderness. Neighbors are close by so not a lot of privacy per say but good for safety.

Boat house retreat

I loved Lisa’s cabin! It’s so so charming! She had music playing for us when we entered which was such a nice touch and had some treats even. Her place was so darling that we didn’t even go explore any further than the pond near by. She was incredibly fast answering all my texts, even when I was silly enough to miss a giant QR code to connect to wifi. :) And the deck is really fun to hang out. Overall, her cabin is a treat! Go there for some quiet time, you won’t regret!
