1.7 acre lot sits at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains, snow in the winter and cactus blooms in the summer. Countless Joshua Trees on the property, a quarter mile walking path along the whole property, and an early stage cactus farm, live on site. You have to see it to believe it - from the wide open sunset views to the west to dark clear skies where you can soak in the stars. NOTE: This is OFF THE GRID. No plumbing, no electric. We have an outhouse with a composting toilet and THAT'S IT.
