Hear the birds and frogs as you camp among the large oak trees and wild grasses. Enjoy a peaceful walk on the trails around the property. Expect a visit from some wild turkeys, deer and other wildlife. Secluded, yet only minutes away from Golden Chain Highway 49 and less than an hour from Yosemite.This is a beautiful site in the trees where you can bring your own nest (RV/trailer/tent) for some peace and solitude. A hammock, chairs and some solar lighting is near by beckoning you to relax and enjoy the sounds before you venture off to find the trail, rocks, logs, frogs, and wildlife hiding in the trees.

Empty Nest: Ready for your Trailer!
Our hosts were fantastic and extremely accommodating. The spot was perfect (and level). We were blessed to have deer roaming all over throughout our trip. They even lent us binoculars to take with us into Yosemite. We will 100% be staying here again and again for our Yosemite trips! The only drawback I can think of… was we weren’t aware as to how close the site was to the property owner’s home. From the pictures on Hipcamp it makes it seem farther removed than it really is/was. We weren’t in a roof top tent which made privacy a little complicated. Overall though… the camp was fantastic and I would recommend this place to all friends and family.

Highly recommended
We had a 25ft RV and there was plenty of room at the site. Juli was there to welcome us when we arrived and was very helpful answering any questions promptly before and when we arrived. The site was quiet and full of wildlife.

Family Nest: Well Furnished Trailer
Cute and Cozy - We’ll Be Back!
We had a lovely stay in the trailer! It was well furnished and comfortable. We loved using the fire pit and walking around the beautiful property in the morning. Juli was so friendly and helpful! Hoping to stay here again in the future!
