Nestled in the woods, our site provides a shady escape from the 30-40 degrees Celcius summer Okanagan heat. Cross the bridge into your own private Oasis. Trees are shelter and homes to various birds. Pitch your tent in an open space at the base of the mountain. Relax on the deck of our Cottage or in the hammock and take in the fresh air whilst listening to the song birds.
Located off Highway 6, a 10 minute drive to colourful Kalamalka Lake which boasts of sandy beaches and gorgeous hikes, and a 6 minute drive to beautiful Lavington Park with a playground, off leash dog park and free public swimming pool access during July and August.
Walk down the path to your own private creek access, bring a book and relax in a chair by the water and take a dip in the refreshing creek.
Note: This site is not accessible by car. You will need to park in front of the bridge, wagons are provided. If lots of rain is forecasted please bring tarps, there are plenty of trees nearby to devote too. There is a powered covered cooking/eating area. You may use the bbq and gas burners at no charge. Drinking and potable water is provided.
This site uses a composting toilet with bags that will need to be removed after use and disposed in the appropriate location.This site can accommodate a 6-8 person tent. There is an undercover outdoor cooking shelter and composting toilet.
Use of bbq / camp stove available upon request. Shower/jacuzzi tub is accessible by appointment.
