Little Bear Ranch is a special spot homesteaded by Nathan’s Parents in 1957, it was originally intended to be a guest ranch but spent most of its life as a cattle ranch and is now finding a second life as a destination craft brewery and camping location. Located on Chief Louis Arm on Ootsa Lake in the traditional territory of the Cheslatta Carrier Nation, It gives you access to over 900 kilometres of shoreline on the huge Nechako Reservoir in the wild center of British Columbia. Tweedsmuir Park is 25 Km by boat.  Opportunities for boating , wildlife viewing, hiking,fishing are right outside you door.  Learn more about this land: Enjoy privacy and comfort in our very private lakeside cabin! It comfortably sleeps 3 to 4 adults with solar-heated running water and electricity. This cabin is an excellent option for those looking for a rustic, cabin-style retreat. Campfires are permitted, pets are welcome.

Lakeside Cabin at The Brewery
This was my 3rd time staying at the cabin at Ursa Minor and I loved it just as much as the first two! This place is a little gem. The animals, the quiet, the cozy atmosphere, the beer - it's all fantastic! My teenage daughter said she wants to live there, hehe! Can't wait to go back.

Lakeside Cabin at The Brewery
My second time visiting Ursa Minor and staying at the cabin made me fall even more in love with it. This is the ultimate cozy cabin getaway with stunning waters for fishing and swimming, incredible beer and food, friendly dogs who wandered over to the cabin for morning hellos and pets, and the most wonderful and welcoming hosts. Great relaxation, conversation, and adventure to be had.

Cozy cabin. Comfy beds. Excellent beer. Incredible views with only the sounds of nature (no cars, no trains, no crowd, no sirens: just the birds, the wind and the water).

Perfect Camp Site
Amazing camp site! Beautiful view of the lake and sunrise. Got to meet the ram sheep and a donkey! Both were lovely. Absolutely AMAZING food! Highly recommend the brewery 😊

Above & Beyond!
So. This place...was incredible. We spent three days / 2 nights there. Nathan and Gwyn were such great hosts...and it helped they have a brewery on site. Gotta say, the beer, food, and company were TOP NOTCH. Highly recommend and we are for sure going back.

Magical place!!! Private cabin great beer great vibe !!! DreamyCountry cabin We drove the back country road to the brewery from Vanderhoff and took ferry to burns lake on the way back.
