This property is located in Beautiful Bradley Creek, Approximately 50 minutes north east 100 mile House, British Columbia. The property is 10 acres and is three sides fenced and a seasonal creek as a natural fence on the fourth side. There is aspen and pine though out with natural meadow in between. Approximately 3/4 of an acre is flat lot with driveway from the main rd. for staging RV's. The remaining property is rolling hillside. Tucked in a little ways is a small Bunkie and outhouse that you can easily walk to from the main lot. Enjoy the sounds of nature and get out of the polluted city for a while. Breathe some clean air and stair at some stars during the night. From the property you can atv to spur roads that bring you into areas that can provide endless days of riding. Maybe you want to paddle or fish off grid lakes, or maybe hike some renown trails. You can also just relax with the family and go over to near by Ruth lake public swim area and have a barbeque. What ever your outdoor desire is, this area has something for everybody. The Bunkie located on the property is a small alpine style wood frame building with top floor loft that can sleeps 2 adults. This building is in the finishing stages of construction but can currently facilitate campers. Construction completion anticipated in August 2024. Near by between the lot and the Bunkie is the Outhouse. This property can facilitate 2 full size RV trailers and 3 personal vehicles comfortably. or any combination of that size or less. Truck tents and ground tents are more than welcome but ground tents may need to set up near the Bunkie where the ground is grassier. Atvs are allowed on the property and can be driven off the property as long as you are respectful to vehicle and logging traffic on the main FSR. This area is near by Forest Grove which is a historic area with military and logging roots. You will see the occasional historical land mark hay barns when out and about in the area. The property itself is in a no cell service area. You will have to drive to forest grove (15 minutes) by vehicle or to a hotspot( 15 minutes) by atv nearby. Location will be disclosed prior to camp date. The main lakes for swimming nearby are Ruth, Lake of the trees, Dempsey and timothy lake. The property has 2 sides of forested public land touching it and the the third side touching the neighboring acreage with a large forested easement making it very peaceful and secluded.

Great Basecamp Location
Tent
Bradley Creek Camp is a simple, secure spot to set up as one's basecamp for exploring the greater area. Not far from the main highway and town of 100 Mile, the property is located nearby the small hamlet of Forest Grove, home to a convenience store and gas station, and not much else. The property is spacious, allowing for pretty much any type of camper, but smooth/level ground is a bit hard to come by, so tenters may have to search a bit or make due. If it's been raining at all, also be careful as the ground can be unexpectedly soupy, so watch your throttle control and footing. On the property there's a firepit, picnic table, and simple pit toilet, as well as a few old roads to explore. The true highlight, however, is the location. With innumerable lakes and rivers to explore in the area, one could spend a lifetime of adventure. An arm of the legendary Wells Gray Provincial Park is about an hour's drive away, and is well worth exploring, with Bradley Creek Camp as the home for the night. Additionally, Ruth Lake an Canim Lake are close, providing good swimming opportunities.
