Parksville and Rathtrevor 15 and 10 minutes away. 1:45 minutes to Tofino and our amazingly rugged and world renowned West Coast experience surfing amazing scenery. Epic Mountain biking at your doorstep. DH At Hamerfest is a 10 minute drive or a 45 minute pedal away cross country. Fine dining and all amenities including urgent care after riding is only 10 minutes away. Great hub to experience Vancouver Island from. While the fire ban is on, it is generated towards open fires. Propane fire pits and cook stoves are always welcome.

Loved it: very relaxing, spacious, surrouded by forest, farm, singing highways, sky full of stars, deer at night along the approach road as it is near a forested area - a magical stay overall. Wish we could have stayed even longer. Recommended.

Cozy and convenient site with clean outhouse and a good sized tent area. The very cute ducks were a bonus! Mark was responsive and helpful with directions. Would definitely stay again!

Great experience here! Close drive to the ferry terminal, and local beaches/lakes. Campsite and facilities were very clean.

The pictures don't do it justice

I really enjoyed tent camping at the group site at 3 sisters. The pictures made the group site look like it was in a wide open field with a pond, but it was infact behind a fence nestled between trees and a vacant house. Honestly it was the most private and desirable site in my opinion, beating out any provincial site I've stayed at. It was very peaceful, tons of nature sounds of birds, crickets, and roosters in the morning. There was even a little duck farm at the watering hole, and cows at the neighboring property. The outhouse was the cleaniest I've ever seen in my life, almost like it was brand new. Only cons I can think of were that the water supply was straight up just a garden faucet with no hose or nozzle, there are no showers on-site, the site itself is tricky the first time to find as the address sign is hidden and the watering hole has no signage either. If you can plan for those im sure you'll have a great time! Really reccomend here

Three Sisters

A perfect jump-off point for fun!

Mark was a great host! Super friendly, responsive and knowledgeable about the area. The yurt was lovely, clean and perfect as a base from which to explore the surrounding areas. And a note about that… there is SO much to do nearby whether you like the beach, adventure, or just strolling. The property was peaceful, private, and had lots of room for yard games if one so chose. The port a potty was spotless and close by. The mini fridge in the yurt was appreciated as well as the fan. Having access to a fresh water tap was awesome! Highly recommend!
