We have a beautiful 2 acre fully gravelled area to easily park your rig, up to 45 ft RV recommended. Access to home in residential property is a dirt road, but easily accessible. Property is quiet, safe and peaceful. It’s like being in the country but you still have fantastic cell service! We have room to store up to 4 horses with our mare motels as well as an 100x300 arena right on the property. Fully fenced. Outhouse on sight if you are spending the day working with your horses and don’t want to dirty your RV. Furry friends are welcome as long as you don’t leave them unattended as we have coyotes roaming as well. Close to all amenities, 15 min to Cave Creek, 30 min to Scottsdale, 40 min to Phoenix. Come and enjoy a slice of heaven at Nelles Ranch.Absolutely beautiful piece of property, 2 acres in a very quiet, safe and peaceful neighbourhood. Dirt roads leading to property but easily accessed. Max 45ft Rv can easily fit with room to spare. We have the ability for you to bring your horses with our 4 mare motels as well as a 100x300 arena to have them safety boarded right on the same property! Offering the ability to ride or train as needed. There is also a outback toilet if needed during a long day of dusty riding/training. The most breathtaking Arizona sunsets! You have Complete privacy for your stay, feels like you are in a private space but still have great cell service & full amenities! Rv location is beside main house but we access through the front door & side garage so would rarely come into contact unless you needed us! Nelles ranch was a once busy horse training facility owned by legendary Larry Nelles and his beautiful wife Louise, now retired we have opened our space to see others thrive with their horses and use the space that we no longer can! 15min to Cave Creek, 30min to Scottsdale, 40min to Phoenix

Nelles Ranch RV spot

Louise’s property is delightful: located in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by desert shrubs and cactus. Birds and an occasional desert rabbit entertain during the day and the coyotes sing just after sunset most evenings. The area is very safe and scenic with ample shopping nearby. Louise is an excellent host and the property easily accommodated our truck and 34’ fifth wheel. We enjoyed our trip and look forward to returning.

Nelles Ranch RV spot

The site was a perfect location for us while visiting a friend in Scottsdale. Not a typical campsite, it is next to the host’s house, but works well as a home base for sightseeing. We were grateful for the electrical hookup which we had not anticipated. After a slight misunderstanding about where to set up our trailer, Louise did her best to be accommodating.

Great location and hosts!

We stayed at Nelles Ranch with our 33ft fifth wheel. The map directions were easy to follow and got us there with no issues. Be aware its down dirt roads but in town really cool area with lots of space. We got parked and set up quite easily. Louise is a wonderful hostess and even brought us fresh baked muffins! The hookups were definitely welcome after weeks of off-grid camping. We would definitely stay again.

Louise is incredibly nice and welcoming. She has full hookups (I have 30amp and that’s what she had for me, I don’t know if she has 50amp). You are located in a neighborhood that has dirt roads, so be ok with dust driving in and out. Very quiet except at sundown when the coyotes and other animal howl for a bit but I heard that in a few other camping spots outside of Phoenix and nothing to fear. Definitely recommend
