End Inn Site
1st time campers
As a first time campers with small kids. This sites was extremely fantastic. The sites were well kept, beautiful, bathroom fresh and clean. Free unlimited Firewoods , the beautiful site of the lake from our site and views on the multiple trails - my kids called it the journey. Haha. They kids love the treehouse .We had so much fun. The basket ball hoop, we enjoyed attempting the shots. All laughters. Last but not least the hosts were warmth and extremely phenomenal, they took the time out to make sure our stay was well spent. How can I forget power , umbrellas for the rainy moments. the quiet and peaceful atmosphere help adults to unwind and be at peace. We will definitely return to this campsite and do even more days. From a group of 10+ we love it and grateful for the kindness.

The Zen Den
Amazing peaceful place, love it
I loved provided RV because it's very comfortable and Mark & Maxine Campbell's Ville is relaxation place. It's peaceful, nice, welcoming atmosphere. Zen Den RV cite is fully equipped with a propane stove and cooking pots, just make sure you asked for refrigerator if you need it. Owners provided us a clean water but make sure you are following instructions about water, bring yours as well. They got amazing friendly dogs, my boys adores them very much. Strongly recommended for family of 4 or 5 ppl. Thanks again Mark and Maxine!

The Sweet Spot
Great spot
Loved the area being near some lakes and the "end inn" tent spot was private. Nice little spot. NOT for bigger tents. We made it work with our 9 person tent but would be better for a 4 person tent. Has platforms to keep you off the ground which are really nice. Nice fire pit as well. They offered lots of help. Had very clean sites and each has their own compost toilet. Over all great spot! You do have to park on the road but it's very quiet.

The Sweet Spot
Work-in-Progress Site
Campers beware: this site did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, no one was there to greet us and we were left to drive through a "work-in-progress" site. Bathrooms were advertised for the site, but only the frame for the outhouse was there. The site looked unkempt, like a construction site, and there were many broken down vehicles and salvaged materials. The "free" firewood was about 5 logs. Across from the site, there were bags of bottles, tools scattered, and building supplies (i.e., salvaged wood) everywhere. The proximity to nature was clouded by a feeling of abandoned neglect. The "lake" was closer to a marsh, unswimmable and somewhat unsightly. At the last moment, our host became unavailable. The designate reached out directly through text, and was communicative before our arrival. However, after seeing the site, we felt uncomfortable and decided to leave. I shared my complaint with the designate and he was responsive, stating I would receive a refund no matter what. Yet, when I requested it through HipCamp, the host did not respond, and they both ignored my texts. Thankfully, HipCamp honoured my complaint and I received a refund.

The Zen Den
Amazing Place!!
We had an absolutely amazing time at the zen den. We have already made plans to go back to the property. For starters, the host Mark is an incredible human being. He will take care of anything you need and if you’re willing to listen, he shares some amazing stories. There are outhouses, cold showers, and lots and lots of trees and nature. The property is an absolute oasis. You wanna talk about quiet. This is the spot. I’m looking forward to coming back over and over and watching this place become the coolest spot in Alberta! Thanks Mark, Colleen and Bodie. See you all again soon! Tanner and Jordan
