Mountainous airstreams near Sutton

A historic mountain village, Sutton offers easy access to ski hills, parks, hiking and biking trails, and the varied delights of the Eastern Townships. Pending when you visit, stroll Sutton's summer arts festival, enjoy the bounty of fall, or hit the slopes for top-tier skiing. You can rent bikes, kayaks, and other equipment in town to take full advantage of the recreation opportunities on offer right there, or head out to discover Mont Orford National Park and the many parks and outdoor beauty spots close to the village.

The best time to visit Sutton depends on what you want to do. Ski season is especially busy in the village, while July and August can also get crowded at the Eastern Townships' lakes and rivers. Spring can be a bit unpredictable, and fall is gorgeous, as the leaves of the sugar maples turn red and gold.
