This was our second time at the farm. We had another amazing time. We were greeting by the host immediately and had everything ready for us, including a heap of firewood.
We were happy to see our donkey friends Lily and Oliver, and alpaca friend Bullwinkel. The leaves were beautiful colours and weather was sunny and warm.
We highly recommend SUJO funny farm

This property was exactly what we were looking for! The area was beautiful and the sites they have to stay at are great spots to camp. The river that runs through the property was amazing. Will definitely be staying here again and would recommend this spot to anyone.

We had a great 2nights camping at Sujo funny farm. Although we think we were mistakenly directed to the wrong campsite from what we booked, the campsite that we had is still good coz it’s kids friendly and quiet, away from the road. The hosts are really nice and very generous. While kids are having fun feeding the donkeys with fresh apples from the tree, the dads enjoyed fishing in the nearby pond. We will definitely recommend Susan’s land to our family and friends for their future camping adventure.

This was a spectacular little gateway in nature. We had a whole big spot surrounded by evergreens and felt a sense of privacy. Donkeys, alpaca, bulldogs, oh my! We also had a great experience birding! John was very kind and helpful and met us upon arrival. I will be returning because this place has a ton of nature to explore. I loved our night there!

An absolute GEM of a place.
Susan and John were BEYOND attentive to my numerous inquiries....Always responded kindly and super quick.
Could not have asked for a better place to stay.
When we initially pulled up I was like "oh this is kind of close to their house"
(You could not see the house, just occasionally my girlfriend hounds me to turn our music up and it gives me terrible anxiety)
You couldn't hear a thing; literally felt like we were in the middle of nowhere
Pre purchased firewood as well as the hydro and water hook up which I highly recommend...
Had a nice chat with John when he delivered our firewood both days.
The donkeys are super friendly, the place is superb, and I would definitely stay there again
Can't begin to express how much this little trip meant to us, and can't thank John and Susan enough for their hospitality

We had such a great time at Sujo Farm! The peaceful nature, friendly animals, and clean, private space made it perfect for catching up. Its location was also ideal, just an hour’s drive to Sauble Beach, close to the Palmerston Railway Heritage Museum, and about two hours to Tobermory, which made our camping trip even more memorable. A special thanks to John, who went out of his way to help us even past 9 PM. We never had to ask for firewood, fresh bundles were always waiting when we got back to camp. Truly a wonderful experience!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this place – it felt like a hidden gem. The wide and beautiful space gave us peace of mind and helped us restore our balance, and my children enjoyed every moment.
They especially loved playing with the hosts’ friendly and energetic dogs, and watching the animals near the lake. The swan was such a beautiful addition, giving the lake an even more magical view.
The host and his wife were very kind, welcoming, and generous, which made our experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. We are very grateful for their kindness and for making our stay special. Highly recommended!

Wow, now we understand why the reviews are flawless… because this site truly is perfect. We stayed at the Dam Spot for two nights and loved every single minute. The site was private, beautifully maintained with neatly mowed grounds, spotless, and just steps from the river.
There’s something magical about waking up, opening the door of your camper, and being greeted with that stunning view right outside. It’s the kind of experience that instantly relaxes you and makes you never want to leave.
Angela and her husband were so warm and welcoming when they stopped by with their pups, and our dog loved the visit too! We absolutely look forward to returning as soon as we can, it’s a little piece of paradise.

We had a wonderful experience tenting at this beautiful farm. The setting was peaceful and everyone truly enjoyed the stay, especially the cozy campfire in the evening. We were a little worried about the rain, but everything turned out great. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable getaway!

Large well maintained camp sites. Grass groomed . Camp site has fire ring with a pile of wood for fires. Gravel road to site with detailed instructions provided by the host.Dam site so close to the river very very private sites. Will return.

SUJO Funny Farm really is a little slice of paradise tucked away.
No noise from civilization, just nature. The property is sprawling with a large pond for fishing (catch and release )and several trails through wooded areas to explore.
I also made 2 new Donkey friends, Oliver and Lily. There is an apple tree on the site that you can feed the donkeys apples until your hearts content.
Susan as a host was awesome. Site is extremely private and away from existing house,so you really feel alone.
On site porta potty was very clean. There was also a small trailer set up with a kitchen and another toilet to use
I can not say enough nice things, I HIGHLY recommend booking a site here, I will certainly be returning in the near future to see the trees change

Our family had an awesome stay. They have a beautiful piece of property and the kids had fun exploring. The animals are all really sweet and well taken care of. Location is great as well, there is a nice beach nearby, as well as gas stations and grocery stores. All of these things are only 10 minutes from camp.
John provided any extras we may have needed and treated the kids to freezies while they were fishing in the pond. We had a great stay and the kids are already excited to come back again next year.

Wonderful camp site! Our family of 8 really enjoyed our stay and the kids cant wait to come back.
We stayed in the cabin and had plenty of room for all of us. The animals are sweet and well taken care of. We had fun fishing in the pond. Lots of little catfish, a few perch, rock bass and carp.
Grocery, beaches and gas stations all within 10 minutes of the property.
John went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Me and my boyfriend had a wondeful time camping at SuJo's. We arrived a bit later than 7pm, but John waited for us and was very welcoming. We enjoyed the campsite a lot; the field was surrounded by trees and is beautiful, with lots of space and privacy. There even was a party of 29 people on a pitch nearby, but we almost didn't hear them because it was very well isolated by trees and distance. We cooked at the firepit every night and watched the stars (they are very bright there). The animals were so cute, we made friends with the two donkeys, they were sweet and curious. We also petted the dogs, they were so enthousiastic. We enjoyed all the good amenities as well - the trailer had a toilet, shower and a fridge; a perfect addition to our tent. Above all, Susan and John are very kind and accomodating hosts, but also interesting people and fun to talk to. Such a hidden gem. Thank you SuJo!!

We had a lovely weekend at the Dam site at Angela and Luke’s farm with our travel trailer and pup.
Very beautiful spot and lots of sun for our solar panels, crisp clean river to cool off in and lots of entertainment from the tubers going down the river. It was a long weekend so extra busy. Fire pit and great wood for purchase. We hiked in Allan Park conservation area and stopped in at a great micro brewery close by for a drink and bite. A picnic table would make this spot absolute perfection.

and Nora and Lake the doggos for welcoming us, we will be back : )
