Due to vehicle problems, I was unable to make my way to the site. Therefore, I can not comment on the facilities and the site. However, Brian was very supportive and attentive throughout. I can say that he is a fantastic host. I will definitely go to this site next time.

2 nights at Natural Joy! Cosy Canoe Cottage
Paul's cabin is so cozy and situated within such a stunning and remote area.
We loved canoeing around Ragged Lake and looking the beautiful big faces of the Canadian Shield. We also loved just starring out at the lake and looking at the birds, the trees and the stars. My partner and I had such a lovely time and will definitely be visiting again!

We had a really good experience at the cozy cabin #2 in Highland Farm and Stable. It was a very pleasant stay, and we enjoyed a lot. The place was peaceful and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Weekend Trip to Natural Joy! Cosy Canoe Cottage
We were blown away by this place. It was so serene and quiet and filled with character. The perfect place to listen to music, eat delicious food, read books and paint. Very happy we got to meet Paul as well, such a sweetheart! We will absolutely be back :)

Had an amazing stay at Sean’s place in the beginning of October. He was so accommodating and friendly. We had everything we needed and Sean was responsive to our messages. The lake is a short walk away and even though it was late in the season, we had warm enough weather to take a dip. We stayed on the landing site and had an overall amazing experience. Will definitely be back again. We went exploring and made a couple of new friends in the area as the people we encountered were very friendly. Not a single complaint and it’s nice for people who want to forgo the crowded campgrounds.

As always, an incredible experience. The site is pristine and the lake is gorgeous. My favorite aspect is the way the light hits the forest in the opposite shoreline in the morning and in the evening, it is so beautiful.

Always a pleasure tent camping at Middle Earth, this was our third time here, second time at the woodlands camp site! The fall colours were incredible and we got to hang out with the squirrels and toads. This spot is very private with lots of space for parking and tents, and a nice large fire ring. Definitely prepare the necessities for taking care of business in the wild!

It started raining right as we arrived and didn't stop until the next day, yet it was still a great trip! There's something special about this place!
It feels very private and tucked into the woods, but there's a gravel road not far away, so you'll hear vehicles from time to time. Or people walking and talking and you'll think there are people in the bush, but they pass eventually.

Weekend Trip to Big Rock Eco Retreat & Campgrounds
What a wonderful time away where it felt that time stood still in the midst of falling leaves and glorious rays of sunshine. Jason and Susie ensured to meet all needs with prompt responses and, when needed, support. We enjoyed viewing the property, a peaceful boat ride and, of course, the accommodations. We didn't want to leave. A true bucket filling experience where we left feeling relaxed and grateful. Only regret is not booking an extra day.

I was in S5 site for 3 nights. I am 78 years old and still tent camping. Probably spent years sleeping in a n out doors environment m. Likely the best it at least the second best site of my life. Thanks

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage! Despite the wind, it was still an easy canoe ride in and the maps were super helpful. It was well-equipped for cooking and being cozy. Such a beautiful space and 10/10 cd collection. Would definitely stay here again :)

We loved our stay at Tiny Village. The place is beautiful and very peaceful. It has a lot of great things to do, and easy access to the city nearby. The cleaning could be better, but other than that, great place to relax.
