We are OPEN despite the current issues. No fires are allowed due to provincial bans. Enjoy the quiet skyline and maybe even catch a glimpse of the local wildlife. Our grass lots are backed with lush Appalachian forest and leads way to a slow brook where you can wade with the tide or try your hand at fishing or simply sit by the fire and enjoy the solitude. Check in is self guided as there is no host on site but you'll find it simple as all sites, as well as the toilet area is well marked with signage. This doesn’t mean we aren’t here to help, you can reach us 24/7 via text.
We are Located just off the Acadian Coastal Drive and minutes from the beautiful Fundy shore. You can bring your tent, RV, van or camper and choose from 4 fantastic sites. 1-30 amp service, 2
roadside non-serviced as well as one privative forested site and 3 tent sites. All sites are equipped with a fire pit and access to our outhouse restroom. Wood is available for purchase if you didn’t bring your own! We are currently fencing in the entire property to make it a dog/cat and livestock safe area so pets can enjoy a safer experience . This will be done in stages so hang tight with us until this is completed.
You can also explore New Brunswick with a drive on Acadian Coastal Drive ·Appalachian Range Route · Fundy Coastal Drive · Miramichi River Route or Fundy Coastal Drive Stop by and visit Murray Corner Provincial park for a swim and watch the tide roll out.

You’ll walk through a horse pasture and a cow pasture on your way to the cabin. There is a large farm pond (10ft deep) on the property for swimming. Crow Island rd. Is located on a peninsula in the bay of Fundy. There are many beaches, waterfalls and hiking paths in the area. There is an old graveyard on the peninsula directly across from the site & there is an unknown British soldier who washed ashore during the civil war & some of the locals buried him there. The tide pool is located at the tip of this peninsula. At the end of crow island rd. Is a lovely beach and crow island can be accessed by crossing the breakwater. There is a footpath all around the island. The Belding reef nature preserve is a short walk down Chance Harbour rd. Step over the chain gate at the end of the road and the trail head is on the left at the top of the hill. Just behind the church there is a short path to a beautiful Sandy beach that faces the wharf. At the end of Cranberry Head lane there is a Nordic spa, another gorgeous beach and a couple of waterfalls coming down the mountain.Learn more about this land:Bring your van or RV and enjoy the wonderful ocean views!This site has a bbq and 2 bistro sets. There is a deck on the hillside which overlooks the water. The water in the bay is much calmer which makes it ideal for water sports. The area is a haven for birdwatchers, nature lovers, and foragers. There is a tide pool for swimming at the edge of the property on the ocean side. Basically in front of the big rock. Please be mindful of the currents. There are also many deer, foxes, raccoons & porcupines on the peninsula so pets must be leashed. This also means there are ticks & fleas as well. We also have a pull-through site across the street that has no amenities other than a table. This site is reserved for trailers 35 feet and larger or for people with boats to put in.Belding Reef Nature preserve is a hiking trail just around the corner. Kayaks and small boats can be put in at the lot across from the site. We are 20 minutes from Saint John & 20 minutes from New River Beach.We look forward to hosting you!

Crow Island rd. Is located on a peninsula in the bay of Fundy. There are many beaches, waterfalls and hiking paths in the area. There is an old graveyard on the peninsula directly across from the site & there is an unknown British soldier who washed ashore during the civil war & some of the locals buried him there. The tide pool is located at the tip of this peninsula. At the end of crow island rd. Is a lovely beach and crow island can be accessed by crossing the breakwater. There is a footpath all around the island. The Belding reef nature preserve is a short walk down Chance Harbour rd. Step over the chain gate at the end of the road and the trail head is on the left at the top of the hill. Just behind the church there is a short path to a beautiful Sandy beach that faces the wharf. At the end of Cranberry Head lane there is a Nordic spa, another gorgeous beach and a couple of waterfalls coming down the mountain.Learn more about this land:Bring your van or RV and enjoy the wonderful ocean views!This site has a bbq and 2 bistro sets. There is a deck on the hillside which overlooks the water. The water in the bay is much calmer which makes it ideal for water sports. The area is a haven for birdwatchers, nature lovers, and foragers. There is a tide pool for swimming at the edge of the property on the ocean side. Basically in front of the big rock. Please be mindful of the currents. There are also many deer, foxes, raccoons & porcupines on the peninsula so pets must be leashed. This also means there are ticks & fleas as well. We also have a pull-through site across the street that has no amenities other than a table. This site is reserved for trailers 35 feet and larger or for people with boats to put in.Belding Reef Nature preserve is a hiking trail just around the corner. Kayaks and small boats can be put in at the lot across from the site. We are 20 minutes from Saint John & 20 minutes from New River Beach.We look forward to hosting you!

We had a great two night stay at the Owl's Nest cabin. Helmut answered all of our questions before we left and transported us to the cabin to show us around the cabin and property. Cabin is secluded and off-grid. Our dog was not a fan of the steep stairs to the loft. Don't forget to bring your orange vest and remember to check for ticks. Highly recommend for those looking for a quiet getaway.

We absolutely loved our stay at Owl’s Nest! Helmut treated you like family, sharing his experiences tending the forest and the cabin that he built. If you’re looking for a place to get off-grid, connect with nature, and be able to explore the many trails just outside your door, this is the place! We especially appreciated how the land was private, so that we could let our pup explore without worrying about running into any other dog owners. It was a great to share this cabin and we will certainly be coming back!

Super quick & easy booking and stay! The trailer is absolutely adorable and was perfect for me, my husband, and my one-year old (we brought our own pack'n'play crib which fit right near the bench in the camper). The outdoor fairy lights were adorable at night, the campfire pit is a good size, and there were even deer feeding on the apples in the morning! Even though it was close to the highway, and right outside a few residences, it's still quite private. Thank you for the accomodations!

Charlene was the most incredible host! She was so kind, approachable, and informative. She texted us to find out our arrival time so that she could give us a tour of the property when we arrived—it was such a treat to meet all of the critters! She even moved our trailer back into the woods a bit so that we could have privacy and enjoy the pond. The trailer itself is very comfortable, with a toilet, sink, shower, fridge, and table with sitting room.

We absolutely loved our stay at the treehouse! The space itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing retreat. The trails and the privacy made it feel like a true escape, and the quiet surroundings were just what we were looking for.
One of the highlights was being able to stargaze right from bed — such a magical experience. The kitchen and amenities were well stocked, which made meals easy and stress-free.
The swing set and hammocks were a huge hit with both the kids and adults alike, adding such a fun and playful touch to the stay. It really was the perfect combination of comfort, nature, and little details that made it memorable.
We’d come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a unique getaway. Next time we'd love to stay for several nights and really make the most of it.
