Wow, what a beautiful, tranquil spot this is. The trailer has everything you need for a comfortable stay, inside and out, with several different chill out area options. The views of the lake are just gorgeous, from sunrise to sunset, and the stars at night were incredible.
Being dog friendly was the icing on the cake! Quiet dirt roads were great for walks.
I honestly should have booked for longer. Already looking forward to our next stay.
Brock is a great host. :)

We loved staying on Denise and Korys property and getting to stay in Periwinkle was absolutely fantastic. They are incredible hosts and the property is large with plenty of tree coverage for those hot days and a beautiful beach right at your toes. We had our dog Rundle out who couldn’t have been happier to sleep in the shade and swim every day. Lots to do and see in the area that’s worth checking out! We’ll be back!

The hosts are incredibly welcoming and responsive to any requests or concerns. Periwinkle is very cute and the lake is fabulously clear and warm. Do remember that this is a 50+ year old vintage trailer so do go with the appropriate expectations as to little quirks and foibles. It was an overall charming and pleasant experience.

Had a great weekend here, everything we needed. Located close to many beautiful beaches and is very private and quiet. As a bonus our dog was able to be off leash ! Would absolutely come back. Host Mike is a super friendly guy and was able to answer any questions we had :)

We had an amazing stay at Brock’s Hipcamp! He was super responsive to any questions we had and had the site in perfect shape when we arrived. He even met us there to walk us through everything — such a friendly and welcoming host.
The site itself was incredible and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable glamping experience. Brock has truly thought of every detail!
We brought our three large dogs and they had an absolute blast. Highly recommend this spot — we’ll definitely be back!

Weekend Trip to Shuswap Lake Side Vintage Airstream
We enjoyed our stay in thier Periwinkle Trailer, the interior of the trailer is lovely and all set up for essentials. We LOVED the shuswap lake beach access only steps away from the trailer. The host's home is on the property as well but the 'private' grass/beach feel like you're on your own. We enjoyed the outdoor lawn games also.
The hosts uses a tractor to carry your items for you down to the trailer :) The hosts are very friendly and hospitable. She even surprised us with a small gift as she knew it was a special occasion for us. We can't wait to come back! Thank you!

Our stay at The Lookout was nothing short of magical. The views overlooking the lake and mountains are simply stunning — even better in person than in the pictures. It was the perfect spot to disconnect, unwind, and soak in the peace and beauty of nature.
One of the highlights was the stargazing — with no city lights around, the night sky was crystal clear and absolutely mesmerizing. If you’re someone who loves the stars, you’re going to be blown away.
What truly made the experience even better was our host, Brock. He was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the stay. Anytime we had a question or a small issue, he was just a message away and made sure everything was taken care of promptly and kindly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guest experience.
Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a scenic and serene escape. We’ll definitely be back!

4 nights at Hillside Lake View
Great place for peace and quiet with a great view of the lake. Mike is a great host and is improving his site's daily. We enjoyed our stay so much to explore and close to the marina. I have been camping in this area since I was 10 years old and still haven't seen everything.

2 nights at Shuswap Lake Side Vintage Airstream
We absolutely loved our stay! Denise and Cory were incredible hosts—so welcoming and thoughtful. The vintage Airstream is beyond adorable, decked out with cozy touches and all the amenities you could need. From the comfy bed, mini fridge, BBQ, and stove top cooking! It was glamping perfection!
The site includes access to a private beach and BBQ area, and for just a few extra bucks, they’ll even set up an unforgettable outdoor movie night! Think 70s-style projector in a quaint little shed right beside the trailer, complete with movie-theatre popcorn. It was such a vibe!
There’s power, running water, and you’re minutes from a gorgeous waterfall hike. We brought our little Chihuahua, and he loved it too! The Shuswap community has such a welcoming, tight-knit feel—we felt right at home.
It’s the ideal lake getaway without all the hassle of traditional camping. They truly thought of everything so you don’t have to. Great price, beautiful spot, and hosts who go above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back!

The property is truly magical and Brock was super helpful and friendly. This secluded spot has uninterrupted views of the lake and valley, the darkest of skies for stargazing and the peace and quiet to take it all in. Doing it all from the comfort of an RV is also a super nice treat! I highly recommend filling the outdoor soaker tub for an extra level of luxury.

Weekend Trip to Hillside Lake View
We had a great time in Mike’s place. It has an amazing view and it’s a few min walking to a beautiful and calm beach.
Mike was super nice during all our stay he even welcomed us with the campfire on :)
Surely would love to come back to this lovely place!
