Rubern Lagoons is a natural bushland campground, that we have now bitumen roads in for your valuable RV, Caravans, Buses or Vans to drive in With easy drive through parking, green lawns and spaces on and around our lagoons. The perfect place to get away with a group of friends and have a relaxing time while the kids enjoy the activities of the lagoons. Pets are welcome. Please note there is a very small service fee added for your insurance when booking on this site The property is 5 minutes from the main street/CBD Chinchilla. Phone a taxi or take a stroll in to town to dine if you don't want to unhook or you can call and get a pizza delivered, plus the RSL & Club Hotel, can pick you up & return you, for free in there mini vans at our main gates You can paddle boat, canoe, kayak or tinny boat on the lagoons as part of your stay with us. Ruben One Hill under the gum trees, or enjoy our massive 10 metre deck over the water and watch the wildlife float around. There is also a great spot to watch the kangaroos coming for a drink and to lay under the trees. The most exciting part is, you could get lucky and see a Koala sitting in a gumtree beside your vehicle. We have seen a number of them while building this beautiful boutique camp grounds for visitors to enjoy in the western downs, Chinchilla. Please Note fire wood is $10.00 for a good size bag

Great for big rigs, drive through sites. Slabs, power, water. Clean & tidy amenities. Dogs allowed.

Great relaxing little spot. Really enjoyed the place with clean amenities and great camp kitchen. Firewood at a good price also.

We felt penalised for arriving after dark so instead of setting up away from other campers on their 'manicured lawns' we were directed to the first drive thru site right near the entry, in line with other vans and instructed not to plug in. (we are self contained with no power required and an unpowered site was booked) A better check in system or instructions should be given

Donna met us on time and took us to our site. The water here is so soft compared to Brisbane. Very peaceful place. The amenities are clean. We enjoyed our stop here.
