Enjoy Back to Nature. We are sharing with you a part of our Homestead. Very unique by its location, it is a piece of the nature that is close to everything. It is surrounded by acres of Pine Forest so enjoy the fresh air, listen to the birds, look at the wild life. We have about a dozen of chickens and a few roosters.The property is conveniently located 1 mile away from the Interstate 95, and 1 mile away from US1. 3 min drive to the grocery store( Publix).
Plenty of stuff to do around - fishing, canoeing and swimming- within 10-15 minutes to the River, Beaches and the Ocean; tons of natural preserves, parks and historic places. Tennis court, pickle ball courts and a play ground is across the street. 20-30 min to Daytona Beach or historic St.Augustine. A little over an hour to Orlando with Disney, Universal and other parks, Jacksonville or Cape Canaveral. Whatever your interest is - you can find it around - many of restaurants, wine tasting, fresh food market 7 days a week, NASCAR, Auditorium with performances, water sports, bike week, movie theater, and many more.
We have a water and electricity hook ups for 4 spots. Spaces for the boats are available also. No sewage disposal.There is a dog on the property. Dogs are ok but have to be cleaned after and be on the leash.Please no loud noise after the dark, no drugs or heavy drinking.Our guests love staying with us " We enjoyed our stay at Roxie’s place. Really great location close to the beach and grocery stores and restaurants, yet it is still in a quiet place just off the beaten path. Roxie is a wonderful host who met us upon arrival and departure to make sure all was going well. She even gave us some amazing fresh eggs from her chickens that roam freely on the land. (Be prepared for a lot of rooster crowing EARLY in the mornings). Our campsite was level and had water and electric. It was not too close to the other campers who were there and we had plenty of privacy. Star gazing was awesome! Highly recommend."

We live on the property. It is very private but, at the same time, close to everything. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. 1 mi from the highway.
15min to Flagler Beach (top surf place in Florida!).
A lot of stuff to do around - fishing, canoeing and swimming( ocean is10-15 minutes drive), natural preserves, parks and historic places. Tennis court, pickle ball courts and a play ground (5min walk). Daytona Beach and historic St.Augustine( 20-30 min drive). A little over an hour to Orlando, Jacksonville or Cape Canaveral.
We have a water and electricity hook ups. Spaces for the boats are available also. No sewage disposal. There is a dog on the property. We have 3 acres right in the middle of town in New Smyrna Beach. It's a quiet setting behind Sacred Heart church, sandwiched between a large open field and the railroad tracks far in back behind trees.
We've worked hard to make it a cozy retreat - like setting where people can spend a few nights in an affordable manner just 5 minutes from the beaches and fun New Smyrna Beach attractions.
Biking, boating, sunning, fishing, paddle-boarding, kayaking, eating... all within a few minutes of your quiet retreat.
Our house is on the property but it's 200 feet away behind trees/bushes. It's a 100 year old house built from the wood of a church in NSB. Lifted up on a Coquina rock wall it is quite unique.
There is a large secluded area where your dogs can be run. We have dogs too but there's plenty of room to share.

Our two level (full hookup) RV pads are on beautiful Anastasia Island within walking distance to the Atlantic ocean, Pier Court Park and the St. Augustine Amphitheater. Anastasia State Park is within a mile. St. Augustine is just over the Bridge of Lions three miles away.
Each pad has its own furnished patio and small green yard space. We have a small fishing lake in the back yard (unfenced). There is a national bird rookery preserve a few blocks away so the bird watching is wonderful. There is an alligator farm and a dolphin aquarium on the island., as well as a historic continuous working light house and Maritime Museum. Our pads are just across the Bridge of Lions (2 miles) from the Oldest USA city, St. Augustine, Fl. The historic Fountain of Youth is here along with Castillo de San Marcus National Monument, St. George Street, the historic district plus many other attractions.
We have two level paver RV Pads. They both have electric, black and grey water cleanout, fast high speed internet (full hookup). They each have private patios for picnics, socializing, and relaxing. Both pads have high speed internet.
Pad 1 accommodates an RV up to up to 32' in length.
Pad 2 accommodates an RV up to 34' in length.
We accept small Class A Motorhomes (32' and under), Class B, Class C, Small 5th Wheel, Pop-up Campers, Vans and Travel Trailers.
Sorry, no tent camping is allowed.
There is also a large back deck with picnic area overlooking the small fishing lake in the back yard.
We enjoy meeting fellow travelers and sharing our paradise island.

Lucy's place is our community space for you and your family's use. A hot tub awaits you, which is open to the stars and great after a day of lounging or fun out and about.
We are close to everything but far enough for you to relax after a fun day of exploring. Daytona Speedway is a 30 min. drive. You can be on the beach in 20 min. or putting your boat/jet skis in the river in 15 min.

We are one mile south of the NE FL Regional Airport and it's not unusual to see a biplane practising barrel rolls for an air show. Bring your tent, van or small camper and share our slice of paradise! You'll have the camp site all to yourself--we sometimes need to water the garden, but otherwise avoid the camping area when it's occupied. Enjoy a variety of seating areas on our half acre lot full of fruit trees and flowers, or watch the sunset from the hot tub. Camping is easy with washer, dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, coffee pot, toaster and blender, all in an air-conditioned shed. Don't want to cook inside? Use the propane Jennair grill with gazebo and lights. Clean up is a breeze with our stainless steel triple sink and 4 gal hot water tank.
We're one block off US1 and 10-15 minutes by car to beach and downtown. Hang out around our stone fire pit or sit at our 6 person table with solar powered lighted umbrella. Wifi, electric and water included. Porta potty and outdoor shower with 8 gal. hot water tank. Two large outdoor sinks, one with 4 gal. hot water tank. Two locked gates in our chain link fence allow most RVs the option to pull through or back in. Water and 30A electric hookup located at corner of concrete pad, next to the Jennair gas grill. Relax on our Broyhill couch and easy chairs under the awning, and enjoy our latest addition, a fire table. Hang out in the new gazebo with mosquito netting and fabric panels on a Trex deck with a polycarbonate roof. Keep an eye out for hawks, owls, osprey and ibis. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this HipCamp is centrally located to all the sites. Anastasia State Park/Beach is just minutes away (biking to it is possible via a bike lane). The Castle and Old Saint Augustine is just minutes away. Robert met us with a welcome packet of maps and brochures to plan our stay. The site was level and very easy to back into. It checked off all our needs for a great stay in Saint Augustine.

The site was exactly what we were looking for. A nice level spot that felt private and open space for our dog to run. The hosts were kind and helpful. Access to the bathroom and pool area is an amazing bonus when you’re camping. Wood was available for a fire. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again.

I absolutely loved staying here! Super close to downtown and the beach but far enough from all the busy roads for privacy, quietness, and security. I’m a solo female travel with a pup and felt comfortable and safe the entire time. Easy to back in and hook up. They have the sweetest pup who was very friendly with my dogo. Ryan replied to all my messages super quickly and was really nice when I checked in. I would absolutely stay here again, it was a great way to spend Christmas!

My wife and I had a terrific few days at Roxie's camp. The hosts were welcoming and available, if needed... the sites were neat and well maintained... and the area was secluded, yet minutes away from stores, find, gas, and I-95... not that you would know it from the quiet and peaceful campsites.

I loved the horse, pigs, chickens and dogs. Love that it is pet friendly. Nice sunrises and sunsets very private and nice. The only problem is the length of our camper and getting into your spaces. Only improved needed is the driveway needs to be cleaned up so you able to see better getting in and out.

This was a dream Hipcamp! So many amenities that made camping easier (sinks for washing dishes, brushing teeth), a clean portapotty, and a magical shed with a fridge AND washer/dryer. The hot tub was delightful. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely stay here again! Karin and Phil were wonderful hosts and communication was easy.

Ryan's place was perfect for exploring the area! Just 5 minutes from anywhere you would want to shop or eat, but still tucked away enough to offer quiet from the city. It was also less than 15 minutes from historic St. Augustine and the beach! They were so kind, flexible (allowing us to come in late), and accommodating. The pad for the trailer was great! We would definitely return to Ryan's if coming back to the area!

Jay’s place is such a gem! I booked last minute for one night on my way to south Florida and wish I could have stayed longer. The property is huge and beautiful, with big shade trees and a relaxed, old Florida vibe. Jay was out of town during my stay but Todd and Liz, the hosts/caretakers, could not have been nicer or more accommodating (thanks again for everything Liz!) Highly recommended!
