Near 360-degree views of Lolo Peak and the Bitterroot Mountains will stun you from your cozy bed, and the stars at night...well they’re simply out of this world. Bring water, food, bedding, lanterns, and TP along with you, but rest easy knowing you won’t have to lug your mother's china up a mountainside as the cabin is equipped with dishes, a wood stove, a propane stove, cookware, and a restroom not far away. Fishing in nearby Lolo Creek means you can have a stream to table meal or spend the day exploring the surrounding forest where elk, eagles, and bighorn sheep come to play! West Fork Cabin Lookout is a big hike in with a big reward; a real must for any adventurer.
