A 30x24 Pavillion with picnic tables, a large griddle, 3 burner propane for cooking, countertops, and a refrigerator. 2 - 14 x 20 cabins with 2 lofts each and a queen bed on the main floor, each cabin can sleep 6 comfortably. Cabins have a TV with wifi and countertop/ cupboards and a corner table. Bathhouse 12 x 12 with running water & and a kitchen sink in one half and a compostable toilet with a stand-up shower. We also have a firepit outside the pavilion and a sand volleyball court along with other games like carpetball, and cornhole. We are located on a dead-end road where renters can take a quiet walk 1/2 mile to the woods and follow atv trails for about a mile walk or walk along the farm fields. Just down the road are also small farm animals like mini donkeys, goats, and sheep along with beef cows to look and possible pet. If you'd liked to stay up to date on updates or events at Maus Resort and follow up on Social Media, just search Erin Maus.Enjoy a beautiful spot in the country where you can hear all the sounds of nature. You're only a few yards from a cabin or the pavilion where you can make your meals, the hot tub and bathhouse are right in the middle, a sandy waterfront and firepit are off to one side. You're nestled in a little valley where you don't see cars or city lights. Just the stars at night and farm fields or swamp/ trees. You're about a 1/2 mile from the nearest farm which has some small farm animals. The property is sprayed for mosquitos so little bug repellent is needed. The nearest small town is only 2 miles away with a great little grocery store and take out diner. If you'd like to go for a walk your on a dead-end road that goes about a 1/2 mile each way. Great for biking. Cooking... In the pavilion is a black stone griddle, a three burner propane cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. We do have pots and pans, and washable silverware. You can also cook over a fire by lower the grate.  In the bathhouse half of the room has a compostable potty & shower and the other half which is separated by a locking sliding door has a kitchen sink which is where we wash dishes and hands. Towels are provided for the shower and kitchen sink.  For swimming and other outdoor games, we have 3 floating mats, a swing out onto the water, a carpetball table, cornhole, sand volleyball court, 3 kayaks and a paddleboat plus board games in the pavilion. The pond is zero entry by dock to about 11" feet. The pond was dug to irrigate fields but now has become a camping area instead. There are panfish and perch in the pond.  WIFI, yes! We also have a Roku tv in the pavilion, and each cabin with a local TV package.  Cabin 1 has AC Cabin 2 does not have AC, both have fans and heaters, beds, coffee pot, corner table, TV, and bedding is provided. Firewood is also provided.  If you decide to order takeout we have a great deli at our local market, I suggest getting the broasted chicken and potatoes. It is only 2 minutes away. A menu will be provided in each cabin.
