The wagon sleeps two, it includes linen and nextdoor has a separate shower, toilet and kitchen in its utility room.
If you feel like cooking, its fully self contained with a quaint kitchen including a fridge, sink, microwave and hot plate for cooking with all the utensils you could need.
Alternatively prepare a grazing board to enjoy some wine from the many gorgeous areas around the property..

We are located in a lovely quiet farming area on 50 acres very close to the Avon River and Dumbarton Bridge so lovely walks to the river close by. There is a dam on the property so you must supervise young children at all times as it is your responsibilty to ensure they are not close to the dam unsupervised
Its a short drive to all shops, banks, pubs, cafes etc. There is some shady trees and a plenty of parking areas. You can sit and relax taking in the views and watch beautiful sunsets over the hills. It will suit a few people travelling together if you wish to park close by.

Please make sure you leave no trace and all rubbish with you and leave property neat and how you found it. please be mindful of noise as it does carry across the hills. If you take a pet it must be on a lead or tied up at all times as we have sheep and cows on the same property at times and you need to clean up any dog droppings
