At Roletsone Farm Stay you will experience nature at its best including a permanent creek flowing in the middle of the property, a mixture of flat and mountainous areas, native eucalyptus trees in the reserve at the rear as well as many fruit trees including citrus, plums, peaches, nectarines, apricot, apple, pears, pomegranate, Loquat, prickly pears, etc.Campers are welcome to choose their camping spot but please be mindful of access and what you are towing. If you are towing a larger vehicle it is best to stay towards the front of the property to ensure you can safely get in and out.
If you require power for your site this can be made available to you and will incur a small fee. Please add power in the extras section when you make your booking.
We can create fruit hampers for you at a small additional cost so you can enjoy the fresh seasonal fruits, please see our extras at the time of booking.
We also have egg laying chickens which love to be hand fed and cuddled, join us to experience the feeding and cuddling first hand, we can also supply you with some of their eggs for a small charge, see our extras when booking.
We also have lost of wildlife who visit the property, including kangaroos, bandicoots, possums, white cockatoos, red tailed black cockatoos, Galah, Little Corella, Red-capped Parrot, Western Rosella, Kookaburras, Magpies, Brown Goshawk, Wedge-tailed Eagle, Mistletoebirds, and many more.
The property is only minutes away from a 24/7 service station as well as shopping centres, but is well hidden into the beautiful hills of Roleystone. The site is conveniently close to Araluen botanical gardens and Canning dam as well as other wineries and food outlets.
Campers will have access to a toilet during their stay along with a fire pit, firewood is available for purchase as well (see our extras when booking).
Pets on a leash are welcome.
No caravans to be used unless prior approval is granted. Location for caravan is at the front of the property near the highway only. Please do not drive down between fruit trees with a large caravan to avoid getting stuck or damage your trailer and our trees. No refund will be issued for guests arriving with caravans without prior arrangement. Photos of the property are true and accurate, but are taken early winter and may not reflect the colour and state of the grass during summer. Typically in Perth grass on very large properties dries upon cutting in summer time. Guests are invited to drive by and have a look days before check-in date to avoid losing their paid fees if cancelling too late. In Summer total fire bans are much more frequent and no fires or other activities that can lead to a fire are not allowed. Fir more information please visit
