Great Central Spot Want to be near Perth and the coast without being in the hustle and bustle? Then this may be the spot for you. With Perth a 50 minute drive and coastal areas 45 minutes away these sites provides a great base to do day travels or just chill out. Located 10 minutes out of Bindoon on a secure, peaceful and private acreage Bindoon is a lovely small town that has an IGA, Post Office, Hardware Store, Pharmacy. Bakery and more. You will need to be self contained and bring your own drinking water. Small dogs are allowed but must stay with your setup or be on a leash when walking. Also if you have bikes, there is a bike trail into Bindoon from the end of Teatree Road (4.1km). This is where the Museum, Arts and Crafts centre and Men’s shed are located. Camp site 2
Quiet and peaceful
We had a lovely visit on campsite 2, very quiet and beautiful view of the country side. Found many different wildflowers on the side of the road on the way to the property. A easy drive in to town for food and water is available at the visitors centre.

Camp site 2
We had site 2, the sites are nicely spaced with trees for privacy between each. A nice walk along the fence line to the dam. Beautiful spring flowers along the road to the property. Very relaxing few days .

Such a great spot. Had a refreshing dip in the creek. Fire pits were good and the caretakers lovely. The dogs loved it too.

Lovely Country Setting/Great Hosts
The hosts were great and very responsive when we arrived to help us get situated. The facilities were very clean and displayed fresh cut flowers and even included laundry for powered sites. We were the only campers for the night so had the place to ourselves. The powered sites have nice shade trees. The property has a cute little pond and fountain. We saw ducks and ducklings, wildflowers, corella, ibis, and cockatoos. Would highly recommend!

Great Facilities, But Lacks Privacy
Overall, we had a good experience. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. However, the campsite was closer to other sites than expected, which made it feel less private. Additionally, there were scrap metals and pipes near the site, which detracted from the natural surroundings and the view. The creek also didn’t match the photos and was completely unusable
