Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
105 acres of pristine bushland, hidden away by the giant South West Karri and Marri trees. Our property located near Pemberton and Northcliffe offers only 3 exclusive campsites to maintain the serenity of the area. There are plenty of activities on site including swimming, kayaking, bushwalking, bird watching or simply soaking it all in. We are also surrounded by an abundance of local activities close by.
For the avid four-wheel driver, the infamous Calcup Hill is only 20 minutes from the gate.
For water lovers, Windy Harbour is a short drive away, as is the beautiful Lake Jasper and many other hidden gems of the South West.
If you are after some family-friendly activities, the Northcliffe Pioneer Museum is a good stop for local history, as well as the Gloucester Tree and Bicentennial Tree for a climb or wander along the trails.
Depending on the time of year for your visit, we may even have some fresh produce for you to try or buy!
All campers must be self-contained, with their own camp toilet, and we kindly ask you take all waste when you go. Please note, you are required to bring and use a portable toilet. We are unable to accommodate those without, and to turn away may offend. This site is the most private of the three sites and includes an established firepit located right next to a private access point into Whitegum Swimming dam that is not available from the other sites. This allows you to sit right on the beach without straying far from your own doorstep, and if you manage to pull yourself away from the calming waters, the back of the site offers a shortcut to the start of "Hurst's Hobble" walking trail, our longest but most scenic trail through old growth forest.
