site 6.5 - if there is
I am sure this may looks bad publicly but let me share my story here I had booked the site many days prior to arrival. Knowing I will be late for check in(reaching after 5pm), I had phoned winery in the noon. Was pleasantly given a hand written map on the front of office, stick onto the glass door with my name on it with clear instruction how to drive to camp site 6 when I arrived around 6pm. Upon driving 3-4 mins to camp site, was surprised our site 6 was taken. I kindly asked if the occupier of the site 6 made a mistake by occupying the site and he kindly said that he had booked site 5 and since their original site 5 was taken by someone else, the winery manager on duty told them to occupy site 6. End up I had to create a imaginary site 6.5 since there was no site 7. So what's going on here? Was it overbooked or someone overstayed? Whatever it is, I have no complaints on this and all is good. very exclusive campsite and unique experience thus far in WA.

Great stay
Good wines, interesting tasting, nice owners, wonderful campsite. Attention: The access from north is a humpy bumpy gravel road. Not suited for motorhomes. Access the site from south via the sealed Osmingon road.

Site 6 - Jarvis Estate Winery and Camping
Great hip camp, good experience in the heart of Margaret River. Camped at site 6 and was worried about no solar under the trees but its only shaded in the afternoon. Full sun in the morning/mid day. Would stay again
