Primitive camping
Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.

Located 5 minutes from the Forrest Highway and less than 10 minutes' drive to the beautiful and popular Herron Point. The farm offers the country lifestyle without travelling for hours. With 54 acres of native bush and pasture, a beautiful dam with an island combined with an abundance of natural wildlife. Come and enjoy the delights. The campsites are private with a fire pit provided and you are welcome to collect wood from around the property. Fires are prohibited between 1st Dec and 31st March inclusive. While the main entrance is on Old Bunbury Road, most campsites are accessed from Dutchman Road. We have invested monies earnt back into the sites by way of limestone all weather tracks, fire pits and irrigation for the warmer months which also helps to mitigate the risk and impact of bushfires. The Northern half of the property is a combination of pasture and native trees, while the Southern half is native bush. Guests are welcome to roam the entire property with the exception of the owner's residence and sheds.

Great off grid camp, owners are very friendly and so were the animals will definitely be back to this spot.

Loved the alpacas!
We had a lovely peaceful night at Herron Point Farm Stay! Thank you Paul for sharing your property and for your warm welcome when we arrived. 😊😊 We highly recommend at stay here. We especially loved the cute, quirky alpacas!! 😆😉

Nice place to stay, animals are friendly and even with the 5 campsites full it was pretty peaceful. Would definitely go back again
