Graystone Farmstay is on 60 acres (paddocks and natural bush) located just 12kms from Hopetoun. There is an abundance of birdlife - a 'bird lovers' paradise, and the occasional emu and kangaroos. We offer a number of sites for self-contained campers, with options by shade trees or more open areas. Campers are required to have a camping toilet (Portaloo) and be self-sufficient. This will be checked upon arrival. For convenience a Dump Point is located 10kms from the property. We have a river running along the edge of the property, and there are two unfenced dams. We request that children are to be supervised at all times. Your 'furbabies' are welcome! ... but please keep them on a leash as there is livestock on adjoining farms and wildlife on our property. You're welcome to leave your pet with the Host in a fully enclosed yard, whilst you venture out on a day trip, perhaps to visit the Fitzgerald River National Park, for a small fee. Graystone is an 8-minute drive to Hopetoun beaches and townsite and 12 minutes to the magnificent Fitzgerald River National Park, a Recognised World Biosphere. Campfires are permitted at this time of the year. Come and enjoy the serenity and brilliant night skies at Graystone Farmstay.

Peaceful and private
We loved our stay on Meredith and Kim’s beautiful property. The site was very peaceful and private. Meredith and Kim also dog sat our two fur babies while we went to the Fitzgerald River National Park. We would have loved to stay longer just to sit back and relax. Thanks again, Meredith and Kim!

Private except for nature.
Meredith greeted us with a beautiful smile and friendly welcome, gave us the required information to have a pleasant stay. Our site was located in amongst the trees and we felt secluded in amongst nature, it was a beautiful location with only the sounds of many birds and leaves moving in the wind. Meredith and Kim made us feel very welcome and we felt like we were leaving old friends when we left. We would definitely stay here again when we went back to Hopetoun

Welcoming Hosts
WOW what a pleasant stay from two of the most accommodating people I have ever met. Meridith and Kim were not on the property when I arrived however they allowed me to settle in before the check in time and I was told I could choose any camp spot that I want. I had a look at all the sites and found campsite No 1 to be my pick. Don't expect 5 star luxury camping with all amenities, this place is however a safe, quiet, cheap and secure place to setup camp, this along with the Awesome owners of the property who go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable with your stay make it a place I intend to revisit again. Thanks Kim and Meredith 👍🇦🇺😎🇦🇺👍

A peaceful place..
We loved the peace and privacy of this place. Great birdlife around and a walk down to the river early morning was a great start to the day. Fitzgerald River National Park was a famous day and on the doorstep, along with Hopetoun and gorgeous beaches. Thanks to Kim and Meredith for fab hosting.
