5 beautiful acres in the Swan Valley with horses, we run a horse rehoming charity from here where all proceeds from hipcamp go to support our facility. Along with plenty of horses, you'll also see kangaroos at certain times and our pet sheep Jamima who thinks she's a horse! A superb property with a winter creek and an open paddock where the horses live. It's very peaceful. There are only two camping sites available on this wonderful property at any time so privacy is assured. There is also a dam on the property so please mind any children with absent swimming abilities. Campfires are allowed during the season, and there is a toilet and shower available in the shed 100 meters from the camping area. Smaller groups booking the campsites will have full access to the toilet and shower. Please note, however, we offer a group camping option for larger groups but those booking this option must be fully self-contained as our facilities are not enough to support a large group. We have a strict Leave No Trace policy here, we kindly ask that you take all rubbish with you when you leave. We also ask that you please do not feed the horses. The property is well located to access many great wineries and cafes in the famous Swan Valley area, some within walking distance. Security here is taken care of by Mr security guard "aka" Smoky our pet dog. He's very safe and timid. If you get a pat from this boy I know you're good, so beware! We are dog friendly here, so you're welcome to bring mans best friend and we also have a secure yard to house any pets if you need a break, so long as they don't hassle the horses. We may also be able to accommodate your horse - please discuss this with us prior to booking. Annes camping site
Due to unforseen circumstances I yad to move my caravan in and out of Dale's property for a emergency service to fix it. Dale understood and was very accomodating. A very friendly and supportive man.

Peaceful Paddock Camp
I am coming back! Love this place!
This place is a gem, absolutely loved how tranquil and calm this place feels. Horses grazing outside your window, what could be better? Amenities might be sparse for some, however if you are self contained or don't mind proper camping you should come! I am definitely coming back soon. Thank you, Dale!

Peaceful Paddock Camp
Great location and host
Dale is a great host and his property is amazing. Lots of room and the horses are beautiful. Great location for us to explore the swan valley, we will definitely stay again.

Peaceful Paddock Camp
Dale was very friendly and welcoming, we enjoyed our 2-night stay camping beside the horses (and sheep), and great sunset views over the paddocks. There weren't any free-ranging horses, rather we were set up beside the paddocks. BYO firewood, there are firepits provided. It was a little hard to sleep on the first Friday night, as we were under a flight path, dogs were barking in opposite directions, train horns, a generator, and the occasional horse whinny and hoons on the road, so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper!

Peaceful paddock camp 2
Peaceful and relaxing stay
I had such an amazing stay on Dale’s land, wish I was able to stay longer than 1 night! Dale was so friendly and you can tell his passion for his horses, I really enjoyed chatting with him and learning a thing or two about his land and horses. It was quite a beautiful sight to camp in the middle of the paddock, horses freely roaming around you and are sometimes curious to check you out. It was an amazing way to end my 2 week roadtrip along the coast. Would definitely stay again and recommend (especially for any animal lovers!)
