25 acres of bushland 130 km's south of Perth, surrounded by state forest with a crystal clear creek running through it 12 months of the year. Secluded and very quiet with abundant birdlife and the occasional kangaroo, emu and echidna's passing through. Pet kookaburras - will eat out of your hand and steal from the BBQ. Located at the base of Logue Brook dam wall, where a short walk makes all water facilities available, plus trout and marron when in season. Adjacent to the Munda Bidi trail, with cycle paths running in every direction. Not to defray the natural environment, only lovers of wild life and serenity are welcome, so no Ghetto blasters or party animals. Laughing, singing, dancing and joking, actively encouraged! Tents, camper vans, small caravans with good drivers and trailers only. PLEASE NOTE: Weeknights require a minimum of 3 nights stay. Weekends 2 nights minimum. Please also look carefully at the directions, as I am unable to be contacted VIA phone when you arrive. If arriving after 5 o clock, please beep your horn, and ill come greet you. Happy camping.Camp next to a flowing crystal clear creek, with a multitude of birdlife flying around. Pet kookaburras who will eat out of your hands. The Occasional Kangaroo, Emu and the extremely rare Echidna who all call our place home. Hike along private camp; deserted bush trails, or go mountain biking. Or walk to the nearby Munda Biddi Trail that goes over the Dam Wall. Take your boat out on the nearby Logue Brook Dam or go water skiing, fishing for marron, gilgie, trout (When in Season - Please obey all fishing Laws) Visit Award winning Wineries and Cheese factories near by. Excellent site seeing along deserted roads. Peaceful environment. Mobile Phone reception at top of the hill.

Dougy's Den
Magical place !
This was our first Hipcamp and I’m not sure it can matched . Graeme was a lovely host and it was evident that he loves his land very much ! With its beautiful forest next to a crystal clear creek complete with waterfalls it is truly a one of a kind place. The amenities were fabulous as well with decks over looking the water and running water on hand. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to leave a day early but I’m already seeing when I’m free next to return to this little wonderland. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful property with us Graeme; we hope to return soon !!

Dougy's Den
Secluded and peaceful camping by a flowing creek. Very little noise from road or Lake Brockman. Plenty of space to set-up our dual fold, 6.1 m camper. A couple of areas to sit on decking overlooking the creek, Very nice with a wine. Lots of tree cover. For those relying on solar you will need at least 15 m leads, preferably 25 m. Graeme, the host, was very helpful.

Nice private area to set up with the dogs. Close to the dam but hidden from the chaos.

Camping with the fairies
One of our favourite finds so far. Great area, and a beautiful private little spot to base ourselves. It is just like a real fairy den and very soothing for the soul. We didn’t want to leave! Graeme was a great host and we enjoyed chatting to him.
