An undulating 160ac cattle property in the heart of Manjimup. Purchased in early 2022 we are in the process of reviving this old gem back to its former glory. There is currently an old original 1940s homestead as well as the remnants of a dairy. History is everywhere. There are spectacular 360-degree views from the top of the hill as well as dams and open woodland to explore. Just a stone's throw from all the attractions the region has to offer. - This is a working farm so although Pets are welcome they must be supervised and not be allowed near any livestock. - Please stay away from all sheds and equipment. CCTV is installed to monitor security in these areas. - There is a flushable toilet outhouse located at the back of the old homestead if you're up for a walk otherwise please bring your own toilet. The flushable toilet is NOT a dump point. Our septics capacity is limited. - Campfires are permitted during the open season. Wood can be collected from fallen timber and only for the use of the fires during your stay. Not to be collected and taken off the property. All fires are to be completely extinguished prior to checkout. - Fences are electrified in places so please be wary. This is our main site located at the top of our woodland strip. A firepit and level area is available. Great views from every angle with more protection from the weather than the other sites.

Camping with privacy
We had a great time camping at Hill Farm. Julia was welcoming and helpful. Kids were excited to feed a calf. The property is big and has great privacy. Definitely recommend Hill Farm.

Blissful paddock farm stay!
We had a great caravan experience at this hilltop farm with our dog Arnold. Two equally unique sites to choose from and we opted for site one near woodlands. Both were stocked with firewood and fire pits and a stellar view. You will be accompanied by friendly sheep and cows in fenced bordering paddocks, if you’re lucky you’ll get a lick from a young calf. There’s a simple and clean out house toilet with everything you need to be comfortable near the old homestead. Road that the farm is on has so much fresh produce and there is plenty of things to see and do, which Julia kindly provided some ideas for. Highly recommend.
