****SUMMER - NO FIRES OR OPEN FLAMES WHATSOEVER!!!! I have a relatively attractive, quiet property with shady, mowed, relatively level paddock and easy access. The Property is located 5 minutes from Geographe Bay (1.5km as the crow flies) and 8 min drive to Busselton CBD and our infamous jetty. Busselton hosts a wonderful array of cafe's, bars and restaurants. Close by are magic beaches, caves and numerous wineries and breweries. Well behaved, non barking dogs permitted. Plse keep restrained unless in the exercise paddock, as a courtesy to other guests. There is a great pooch friendly fenced paddock where they can have a run, chase a ball without fear of running off. Also a smaller run. Plse pick up poo! NO CHECKINS AFTER 6.30PM unless previously arranged at time of booking plse. Guests MUST be fully self contained with their own toilet and shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. No dumping of waste (grey water is fine) on property. NO EXCEPTIONS, sorry. Please top up your WATER PRIOR TO ARRIVING....thank you. NO FIRES OR OPEN FLAMES WHATSOEVER during our summer shire fire restrictions season. Our neighbours value their homes. I welcome you to share my property and ask only that you treat it with respect and be considerate of others. No guests of guests allowed to visit. Apologies...no children due to having a dam. Wishing you safe and happy travels.. Sorry but NO GENERATORS please to reserve peace and quiet for other campers and any surrounding properties. There is no set check in or out time unless there is a site crossover day. I try to keep it as relaxing as possible but plse adhere to before 6.30 or advise time as it is disturbing not just for me but other campers. TIA. Entry is via the SECOND driveway on the right if coming from Busselton side, with green colourbond fence. After coming through gates swing hard left directly into the camping paddock. It is very easy access. Camp sites are designated with vertical tape on the fence and a number. Please park between vertical tapes on site number assigned. Please back into your site and park car across front of van in front, there is plenty of space (not on the side), to give you all plenty of room between vans. If it is holiday season I will allocate a camp site number, so plse ask if not sure. Off season pretty much camp where you like. Happy camping everyone, in my modest but convenient spot.

Busselton Convenience

Great weekend away!

Had a lovely weekend here, the property was beautiful, went on a random weekend and had it all to ourselves. Our dog loved being on the farm and Leslie has a gated section so he could run around off lead. Nice and close to Busselton! Would stay again! Thanks again Leslie!

Leslie was very friendly and helpful and made us and our whippet, Meg, feel very welcome. This is a great quiet alternative to a caravan park.

Just a paddock

We were lucky that we were only with 5 camps. It's a paddock with all around spots. If it would be full you would be closer on eachother than an average camping on an open field.

Convenient Safe and Easy Parking

Leslie was a lovely host - she made us very welcome and was an involved host who made the effort to come around and meet guests/ provide excellent local knowledge. Sites are set much like a typical caravan park, but with a very large gap between the two rows, making reversing in and moving around easy. Our stay was peaceful and very convenient to Busselton and surrounding areas - great location for a base. The dog exercise area was a bonus- thank you! We would definitely stay again.

We loved our two night stay. Leslie was an amazing host with great communication leading up to our trip and then met us when we arrived to give us a little rundown on the property. Great launching spot for a trip to Margs or Cowtown and just minutes from the Busselton restaurant precinct
