Maximum of 8 people per site. No Bathroom, or shower facilities onsite. Fire pit rings on all sites. Picnic tables on all sites. Campfire wood onsite available for purchase. Onsite Playground. Access from campsite to Big Sandy Creek. Kayaking, Canoeing, Fishing with proper state licensing. Kayak and Canoe rental in the town of Bruceton Mills, WV. on Big Sandy Creek. 5 minutes away. (Not affiliated with Camping at the Creek.) Approx. 20 Minutes to Youghiogheny River and Lake. Approx. 20 Minutes to Cheat River. White Water Rafting, Kayaking Canoeing, Hiking. Approx. 30 Minutes to Pennsylvania Laurel Highlands. Approx. 30 Minutes to Ohiopyle State Park in Pennsylvania. Hiking, Whitewater Rafting, Kayaking, Mountain Biking. Allegany Rail Trail System. So beautiful!!
Super peaceful location! I wish we would have had more time to explore the area and stay another night or two, but our itinerary didn't allow it sadly. Host was helpful and friendly. All hookups were in excellent condition. Site was super level and space was good. We have a 29' travel trailer.

Great Weekend Getaway
This was our very first stay at a Hip Camp site. So much better than a campground in my opinion. It was a perfect site with full hook-ups. A pretty private area. Firewood was easy to access. Very close to a variety of activities. There is a little bit of traffic that passes by on the main road. Otherwise it is very peaceful. John was a wonderful host. He was very fast to respond to every question that I had. We would definitely return for another stay.

Clean, comfortable, and large campsite. Owners are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Ohiopyle natural water slides were a fun day adventure for us and our 5 year old son!

Relaxing and beautiful
We loved this site. Peaceful and cool in the evening. The creek is picturesque and the site with full hook ups is wide and very clean with small rock. Grass mowed in surrounding. Not bothered with flying insects. Recommend highly.
