Retirement paradise by the sea
Jim welcomed us as we pulled in and gave us a good informative tour around then left us to enjoy our time alongside the water. We enjoyed being right at the beach which provided opportunities for walks with dogs admiring the beautiful views. We didn't have ideal weather but actually the rain made things so fresh and would clear up during the day and was beautiful. A big thank-you to Jim for offering up a well appointed and well maintained spot for us settle into for a few day.

AMAZING SPOT ON THE BEACH
This site is beautiful. Great beach to walk with your dog. Felt very safe having the host nearby but still felt like we were camping on the beach by ourselves. Clean, and has many amenities like huge fire pit, chairs, picnic table, and a restroom with toilet and sink. Grassy area to enjoy lawn games on. You can’t beat this place. Will be back next summer.

Peaceful!
Jim was a fantastic host! It was our first time out with our trailer, Jim’s spot was clean and well stocked with firewood & s’more sticks (we forgot our own!) This spot also has a outbuilding with plumbing- we were nervous about using the black tank on our first voyage so having a toilet and hand washing sink on site was really nice! We adventured to birch bay and Blaine on our second day- upon return to the site, Jim had restocked and set up the fire pit for us so all we had to do was light it that evening! I would recommend this site to new and seasoned travelers!

We ended up not being able to make it due to weather but the host was amazing with his communication. We hope to make it there someday!
