- Beautiful river front, facing a mountain, camping spot. - 5 minutes to downtown Lake Chelan. - Water & power for up to 4 trailers. - Private dock for boating, jet skis and lounging on hot days. - Slow motion water current between the dock & land = easy to float. - Grass field to play lawn games on. - Large trailer pad up top to hang out on with chairs by the trailers etc.Walk down to the river in the morning/evening or play in the river all day. Enjoy a nice river view with zero housing or buildings across the river. Watch the moon rise behind the huge rock across the river or the milkyway directly above as the night grows dark. 5 minutes from downtown Lake Chelan, so really easy to head into town for ice cream, dinner or supplies from Walmart or Safeway. Tons of great wineries nearby, one of which, Rio Vista Winery, is just right up the river if you have a boat. You can drive as well. There is a pathway down to the water on our side of the property and we share the stairs and dock with our neighbors, so you have access to all grass and dock "on the right" side of the property shown in photos. Please view the photo with the border guides on it for clarity on this aspect. Plenty of room!

Great spot! Dock is awesome and very close to town; but feels far away! Would stay here again!
