We stayed only one night as this was a last minute trip. Nice place & host. Close to Mount Baker. Fire pit provided, open area (field) to pick where to set up, and nice picnic table. Would stay again. To note: Since this a a field, sound carries and you can hear other guests if they are talking loudly. Good thing to keep in mind for your own family for other guests. Otherwise, perfectly peaceful and you can hear several varieties of owls at night.

Great people.
Was a great stay! Came in late and was super helpful with guiding us in. Richard and his wife were super friendly. Gave us great recommendations. Was super great to chat to. They have the cutest family of puppies. I don’t pick favourites but bear was pretty cute. Had a nice fire with the wood he was able to supply. Can’t wait to come back.

Lovely stay!
Rich’s land was the perfect peaceful jumping off spot for checking out the north side of Mount Baker. Clean outhouse, good space to spread out from other visitors, and Rich was very friendly and suggested great spots to check out while in the area.

Richard was an excellent host, and the land was beautiful. It was a great spot to see the stars and enjoy a campfire, and the eggs were great too. :)
