Property is just over an acre with an original 1901 farmhouse, old growth trees and a duck pond on site. Convenient location in the quaint town of Cashmere, WA. Walking distance to the Chelan County Fairgrounds(.04 miles), 15 minute drive to Leavenworth, 20 minute drive to Wenatchee. Quiet neighborhood street safe for walks or bike rides. Plenty of hiking trails nearby.Great, level RV site with full hookups(50amp). Situated on the NW corner of property, adjacent to my pond. The pond gives off a tranquil feel with its rushing water and the resident flock of ducks The pond is also stocked with huge rainbow trout. Propane fire pits are allowed. Site is located approximately 80' from the side of property shop and 100' from main house. The site is specifically designed for a motorhome pulled in forward due to the hook-up location but I have successfully hosted several travel trailers requiring longer cord/ hose. Only 50A and 15A electrical plugs exist(you may require a 50a to 30a adapter). Very close to the Chelan County Fairgrounds(0.4 miles) and convenient access to Leavenworth(15 mins) or Wenatchee(20 mins).

Spacious and quiet. Would not hesitate to stay again if I need to camp in that area in the future.

Duckpond - Well Done Hipcamp Site
10 m Class A · With pets
Clearly, Chuck has done an excellent job putting this site together. The RV site is level and plenty large enough for large Class A motorhomes. Electrical (50 amp) and water hookups are convenient and well positioned if driving a rig straight in. There is adequate room to maneuver if backing a trailer into the site. A longer electrical cord and hose will be needed if backing in. The actual duck pond is a great feature which helps mask the sounds from the rural road, which are minimal to begin with.

We were very happy with our stay. Chuck was very hospitable. We enjoyed hearing the water running in the duck pond. It is a very secluded private place. We would recommend it.
