Thanks to our wonderful hipcampers that leave awesome reviews & suggestions we have made some exciting new additions to our site. *Outback camp toilet at camp site * Drinking water under camp kitchen * Utensils, pasta strainer, grater, bottle opener, kettle, skillet, bbq tools * Changes to fencing so you do not have to open & shut farm gates * Newspaper, firelighters, matches Pitch your tent or camper near our picturesque dam with 3 jetties, a boat shed and walking track along dam. Throw in a line to catch a silver perch, bass or get the kids to catch some yabbies, they are great cooked up with chilli & garlic. Our property joins onto the Neerim East State Park for those walking enthusiasts or we can accommodate your horse in our yards should you want to explore the bush with many tracks directly from the property. We offer drinking water & toilet accessed from house. Neerim South is home to many wildlife and expect to see many bird species, kangaroos, deer and the odd wombat trailing through. Chris & I are campers ourselves, so we know how nice it is to have a quiet and private spot all to ourselves, however before long you have people on top of you at caravan parks or at free camping you may experience the doof doof music until god knows what hour. So we offer exclusive private campsite all to your self, we only book one group at a time. Pitch your tent or camper surrounding our picturesque dam with 3 jetties, a boat shed and walking track along dam. As you will be the only guest, the peace and quiet property feels like no one is around you as you are approximately 200 metres from the main residence but not too far to walk to the laundry with toilet for your convenience. Throw in a line to catch a silver perch, bass or get the kids to catch some yabbies, they are great cooked up with chilli & garlic. Camping amongst the wildlife!

Excellent property and facilities. Susan and Chris were very accomodating providing everything we needed, including an emergency sleeping bag! The only caution I have is for super large groups booking. The area for tenting is on quite a slope and flat ground is in short supply Great place - we enjoyed our time here. Kylie

Great little spot with wonderful hosts Susan and Chris. We had 11 kids and Susan took anyone who wanted to on a ride on Amy the horse. Susan went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and we all had a wonderful time- we just did not stay long enough! Great set up with camp porta toilet and access to the laundry toilet as well. An easy 200m walk. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Such a lovely weekend! Susan is so lovely! Our kids had a great time on her horse Amy. Really goes above and beyond to make sure your trip is perfect. The hut and fire set up makes it so easy to cook with everything you need. Will absolutely book again.

Highly recommend coming here!! 🤩

My 2 kids and I loved staying at Sue and Chris’ property. It’s so pretty and peaceful, with amazing views in all directions. Amy the horse is so friendly, and cheeky Banjo the bluey is a great little sneaky visitor. 🥰 🤫 Loved waking up to the sounds of the kookas and ducks. The camp kitchen has a solar sensor light, which I found very handy. There is a porta toilet ( if you need it) and the hut if you need shelter from the weather. Sue and Chris were amazing, offering help and insight to their property and surrounding areas to visit. I highly recommend coming here, and can’t wait to get back here in the future Thank you so much, we had a great time!! 😃

12 Adults, 11 kids, 1 dog and fun!

We had 12 adults 11 kids in swags, tents, camper trailer and caravan. We made it all fit, Susan was awesome, helpful and great with the kids. She took the time out of her day to take the each kid for a ride on Amy the horse, and tractor rides. We had 2 fires going, there was phone service to play music, and the kitchen sink was very handy. Susan supplied yabby nets and some rods which kids loved. Onsite portable toilet was very handy for the females and was swapped over daily. Highly recommend

Great Camping Spot

Awesome campsite. Susan and Chris were amazing host, highly recommended. Campsite was ours all to ourselves, huge open area, kitchenette, toilet facilities, hut with table, open fire and own dam ( no fish ) Kids were able to go for a horse ride which they loved. Would definitely be back!!!
