Our property, "Seven Hills Tallarook", sits high above Tallarook with deep valleys and high peaks, just over one hour North of Melbourne's CBD. The property is 600 acres of thick Victorian bush and farmed paddocks. We have a wide range of hobby farm animals - pigs, sheep, cattle, alpacas, chickens, ponies, a donkey, along with commercial heard of South African Boer Goats. As night falls, the wildlife come out to play - kangaroos, rabbits, deer and wallabies Internally, we have in excess of 10 kilometers of roads within the property, the majority being 2WD accessible (weather conditions apply). There are parts of the property which are only 4WD accessible. Our campsites are placed to allow you to be as isolated as possible - away from other campers (you may see others as you drive past, or they drive past you).

Creek Plains
Absolutely lovely spot to camp at the Creek Plains site. Loved the peace and quiet, grassy site, level areas for setting up, fireplace, wildlife everywhere and no other groups cramped up next to us. Thanks for having us!

Site 6 - Bush Camping
Great spot to stay for a couple of nights, plenty of space and privacy for everyone, would definitely recommend.

Site 2 - Bush Camping
Hard to leave a review for a site that you didn’t get that you paid for. Even though I was booked for Site 2, they put me in site 3 around other people. Not sure this has been done to other people, but I found it to be confronting and concerning. If you book a particular site, got confirmation for that site, then you should get that site. If that site can’t be given, then that should have been communicated to me before arrival.

Hilltop Powered Site
Wonderful view with calm environme
We all loved the camping site, mostly the view was wonderful as the pictures. Even though the main building is quite closed by, it didn't really effect us once set-up our caravan. (Another site right next us was empty but it seems bit too close so try no power site if you want privacy) Power site is useful while we can enjoy the natural environment and farm toilet also ^^ (don't expect too much) I recommend the site for family with school age children as the surface can be rough for young one. As only an hour away from us, we definitely visit again, try another site.

I went with my sisters who don't camp and the spot was so beautiful they were telling me over and over that we definitely had to come back. The road in is rocky and at times a bit steep but was absolutely doable in 2wd. Like others mentioned, the ground at the site was rocky so just pick your spot carefully and make sure you have good pegs if in a tent! So worth it and we will definitely be back. Thank you Taylan for the stay!
