Our property, "Seven Hills Tallarook", sits high above Tallarook with deep valleys and high peaks, just over one hour North of Melbourne's CBD. The property is 600 acres of thick Victorian bush and farmed paddocks. We have a wide range of hobby farm animals - pigs, sheep, alpacas, chickens, ponies, a donkey, along with commercial heard of South African Boer Goats. As night falls, the wildlife come out to play - kangaroos, rabbits, deer and wallabies. Internally, we have in excess of 10 kilometers of roads within the property, the majority being 2WD accessible (weather conditions apply). There are parts of the property which are only 4WD accessible. Our campsites are placed to allow you to be as isolated as possible - away from other campers (you may see others as you drive past, or they drive past you). At some of our bush sites, you will be able to see other campers, but they are not close by. Additionally, we have now entered our Fire Danger Period for the 2024/2025 Summer Season. We have not toggled the Fire Ban on as we do still allow campfires, however campers MUST adhere to CFA guidelines at all times. On days of Total Fire Ban (TFB), no fires, including gas stoves can be lit outdoors. Furthermore, we reserve the right to ask you not to light a fire regardless of TFB status if we feel weather conditions are unsafe, especially the wind element. We cannot plan the weather and the request to not light your campfires will most likely on the day and we will advise as such. Our interest is with your safety, our neighbors and our property & family.

Beautiful & recommend for 4WD only
The campsite was beautiful and the views were great. More rock/dirt than grass. Unfortunately due to the roads and paths taken to get there, we blew two tyres that went completely flat by the time we had to drive home. I’d recommend this site for 4WD only as a cheap weekend away turned very expensive.

'Hidden' Hill Top
Great views and private camping
Amazing 360 degree views, yet secluded. Campsite was very well kept with a neat fire ring and wooden table / seating. Thank you for the lovely stay. Definitely recommend!

'Hidden' Hill Top
We loved our stay here. The most beautiful view that is made extra special being the only ones there. Taylan was super helpful with directions as well. We hope to be back for sure!

Hilltop Powered Site
Good site with gorgeous views. The picnic table was very handle, and as described the site was quiet except for a few other campers driving by. I would definitely come back.

Site 5 - Bush Camping
Bush #5- 👭🐶
First of all, must I say.. Taylan had the best instructions on how to get to their site, very informative! We enjoyed our stay, bush 5 was where we stayed- the site was private enough and the area was huge! Our dog was able to run around and stay within our camp site 👌🏾 Taylan’s property was very well kept, lawns were tidy, camp sites were generously spread out. Taylan was also very accommodating with our stay, great host! Close to Melbourne for a quick getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city! Thank you heaps for having us- we’ll be back for sure 👌🏾😎
