Not private.
No privacy. The area was full before we got there.

Overpriced.
There's plenty of land available but not a lot of flat spots to choose from, was hard to find a good spot to set up our swags and we were the first campers there so had first pick, because there aren't many flat spots all the campsites end up being within view of each other. There's a hill you can walk up to see the property from high up and a dam down the hill near a house, that's about it. We had an enjoyable time overall, but I don't understand why it's $70 a night to camp in a hilly back paddock covered in cow crap, there weren't any designated campsites so no fire pits or any facilities at all.... Drop the price by half and it'd be reasonable. For $70 a night I rate it 4/10

Great time in peace and quiet.
Very peaceful and quiet away from everything. We had the caravan with us and could park up wherever we wanted, beautiful views from top of hill on property. Cows and horse are extremely inquisitive and actually had their heads in the van and car! Kids loved it as they were friendly. Needed 4wd to get up the track, so just something to check if your towing heavy caravan. Owner very friendly when came around also.
