Pets can stay too! Our B&B is set in an idyllic rural setting 45 minutes from Melbourne & is a fully self-contained two-bedroom luxury apartment with a private entrance, on the ground floor. Your own bathroom, kitchen, patio & firepit.
Panoramic views of vineyards, nearby farms & the distant Kinglake Ranges. Only 10 minute's drive to the world-famous Yarra Valley wineries, eateries & the Chocolaterie.
Great cafes nearby!
Cycling trails outside the gate lead in all directions.

• Suitable for couples, families with two older kids, or singles who want to relax, indulge, and enjoy time away from care. Watch the sunset go down or relax on the private balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the firepit. There is plenty of areas for an outdoor picnic or BBQ in fine weather. The magnificent ensuite bathroom has luxurious Great Earth products. We offer bushwalking tracks, mountain bike trails, and great places to eat and drink.
• Enjoy your own privacy or feel free to associate with me.
• Large light, room with a queen-sized bed, couch, table, chairs, tv, outside deck with table and chairs. Mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds, one a king single, accessed via a unique spiral staircase.
• The queen bed assumes you are a couple. If you require all three beds you need to book for 4 people. Children between 2 - 10 must be supervised because of the stairs.
• Cot & highchair available.
• If you are a Wedding party & wish to bring a Photographer OR Videographer onto the property there is a fee. The owner is a Photographer & this is her exclusive studio.

• Kitchenette with microwave, fridge, etc, which is small but has everything you require. There is also a firepit/BBQ for your own personal use.
• Key safe for easy access.
• Uber in a Toyota Hylux Ute is available for drop off & pickup - bookings required.
• We also conduct boutique wine tours - bookings are required.
• Room for you to bring your own horse, dog, or cat.

Walk around and see horses, kangaroos, birdlife, and stunning views of Kinglake.
Walk down to the dam to see the trout jumping.
Talk to the horses, chickens, and dachshunds.
If you want to use all three beds, they must be paid for. If you say 2 guests I assume you are both in the queen bed. If not, please book for more guests.
