Our empty and unused dairy has space available out the front for up to 4, fully self contained vans. Located on the edge of the picturesque town of Buln Buln, take in views of rolling green hills while the gentle cattle and sheep graze nearby paddocks. We have access to power and river water on two of the sites (not suitable for drinking) but no toilet so your vehicle must be fully self contained. One site is a drive through concrete slab, the other three are grassed sites. There is a free public dump point available at Neerim South (a 10 minute drive north) 10 minutes drive to the larger township of Warragul. Firewood and eggs can be provided for an additional fee. There is no access to the main house or paddocks unless accompanied by the property host. There is some traffic noise during the day but the nights are peaceful.

Site 4 grass, NO power/water
Our family has had a great stay in our 22ft caravan. Great location that’s close to town and lots of things to see and do nearby. We have loved bottle feeding a little lamb, watching the cows graze nearby and some delicious farm fresh eggs. Jarrod and Linda have been extremely accommodating friendly hosts, would highly recommend this camp ground!

Beautiful views
We had a lovely time camping on Jarrod and Linda's farm. There are beautiful views to the hills and it is a lovely area to visit. The lambs in the paddocks were friendly and loved to say hello. Jarrod and Linda made sure we were well looked after and even provided a fire pit as we didn't have our own. The unused dairy area would also work for small groups to camp together and is close to Warragul and Neerim South for supplies.

Beautiful camp 🏕️
Triple AAA Can highly recommend. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Extremely friendly and helpful. We had some beautiful newborn calves in the paddocks next to us 🐄 Lovely grass and gravel areas. Lovely shade trees. Power and water hookup. Safe and secure. Very peaceful at night. Lovely sunsets. Fantastic for an overnighter - or stay and explore the area - Warragul, Noojee, Drouin and Mount Baw Baw to name a few. We will definitely be back! Thank you Jarrod and Linda
