Exclusive retreat with access to creek on 3 sides - gradually grassed sloped land towards the creek with existing fire pit. Plenty of wildlife including Kangaroo, koala, Wallabie, Echidna, Reindeer, Wambats, fish, eel, crays and local Platypus! If your looking for a private camp spot which is not visible to anyone and surrounded by water and natural beauty, then this is the place for you! lots of activities around and can supply fresh eggs, veg and firewood direct from our farm! Note: this booking is only for one group/family and you will have complete privacy.You will have complete privacy as there will be only one booking at a time for the entire site, so you will have it all to yourself with family/friends. Surround yourself with wildlife and the sound of flowing creek, full of fish and other wildlife including our local Platypus! Firewood, eggs and veg can be supplied depending on stock ( please indicate if your interested and we can advise availability) You will need to be self sufficient and take your rubbish with you so that we can maintain the land in its natural state and keep it beautiful for others to enjoy for years to come :)

Amazing place
What a beautiful piece of land surrounded by a river. Sam is great to communicate with and gives you all the information you need to arrive with no stress or drama. Would recommend 100%. Relaxing, private and just beautiful.

Sam’s campsite was amazing. Site is private, secluded and enclosed by the surrounding trees. Grounds are very spacious with a big fire pit. Sam was very communicative and even let us have a late check out. I’d happily come back.

Had a great stay at the campsite, beautiful river wrapping around would be great to come back in warmer weather Nice private spot, no phone reception, no other people around The owner was super helpful with directions and checking in to make sure everything was good In winter grounds are a bit wet and slippery but it is winter in the valleys what do you expect

Spot is beautiful! Well worth the trip we will definitely be back. (Gotta spot the platypus) Make sure you fill up as there isn’t fuel or reception close by Host were lovely checked in to make sure we were happy n everything was ok

Secluded clearing amongst the eucal
A beautiful peaceful place to camp, in a clearing of majestic eucalypts, on a picturesque bend of Merrimans Creek. A large brick fire circle with wood shelter and lots of choice in where to put our van and tent. It was a damp weekend, but we loved it. We saw plenty of wildlife and enjoyed the birdsong and sound of the water.

Great Location
Beautiful camp spot with some wildlife. Lovely creek on 3 sides. Peaceful and quiet. Sam's communication and response time is spot on and was very helpful. Will go back again.
