We offer a clean patch to set up your base so you can go exploring this gorgeous area. Walking distance to the loddon River, where you can swim, paddle and fish. Golden perch is commonly released into the Loddon River, Laanecoorie Weir and Little Lake Boort, while Murray cod fingerlings go into the Loddon and Laanecoorie Weir. Redfin, yellow belly and silver perch are also a common catches. All of the valley’s rivers and lakes offer scenic, peaceful fishing off the bank. The Cairn Curran Reservoir is just down the road, offering lot of water activities and site seeing. 1.5 hours from Meblourne. There are no facilities on site but there is a new toilet block across the road.
