The historic property ‘Lisieux’ dates back to 1849. Once a drovers house where cattle from Melbourne were held for summer grazing. The beautifully restored house and gardens are surrounded by paddocks next to a native creek line that make for the perfect camping spots. Choose to camp next to one of the two lakes or in a more secluded spot in the old orchard paddock. Toilet facilities available.

Lakeside camping
I recently stayed at this beautiful campsite near a lake, and it was an incredible experience. The views were breathtaking, and the peaceful ambiance made it the perfect getaway. Our host, Nicholas, was fantastic – he took the time to explain everything we needed to know, which made us feel right at home. The site was well-maintained, and the surroundings added so much to the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing nature escape!

Lakeside camping
Peaceful with stunning views
We absolutely loved our time camping in this little spot of paradise! Nicholas is so warm and welcoming; we instantly felt relaxed and the kids were spoilt with animal feeds, newborn chicks and beautiful horses. Plenty of privacy from the other campsites, and communication was faultless. We couldn't recommend enough, and will definitely be back!

The Old Orchard Paddock
Nic's property is beautiful, full of life and peaceful. We camped near the paddock, had a lovely campfire and a view over the little lake. Nic os very friendly, and his property is highly recommended!
