Mill site 1
Absolutely loved the night we spent camping at Mill Site 1. There were no other bookings so we had the whole place to ourselves. Ben was friendly and came by to make sure we had everything.
The dirt road there is ok for a sedan but better suited for a 4wd or SUV.
Would highly recommend camping here!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. We were blessed with great weather. Clear nights displayed the bright stars and the sunny days showcased the great scenery. Great spot that provides useful amenities, free firewood, security and peacefulness. Highly recommend 👍

We had a great time! The stars were absolutely stunning. The highland cows were adorable and the land was beautiful and spacious. The pub in Moyhu had great dinner. The loos provided made RTT camping very convenient.

Wonderful camping experience
What a fantastic spot! We were welcomed by some fantastic weather over our 2 night stay (early July). Woke up to a chilly -2° one morning to a clear blue sky. Watching the sun come up over the rolling meadow was amazing, have to mention the clear starry night sky. Plenty of fire wood for the full off grid cooking experience. Toilets were clean and a great addition (we did pack portable toilet but didn't need it). Plenty to see around the area also from wineries, brewery, trecking, Glenrowan (ned Kelly country), Kangaroos, we also saw a fox run across the road. We took the road in from the north which was a nice experience at this time of year (recommend coming in from the south through Edi, much easier part of the road). The kids loved the cows and the neighbours donkey! There was no water in the creek, however would imagine when there is and flowing would only add to the wonderfull ambience in the area. Will definitely be returning to Ellimatta

This is one of the best campsites we have ever stayed at. The directions were very clear with signs at the entrance. Toilet was clean and no smells at all. Owner was very responsive to our messages.
