Eden Pines is our home on 45 acres of undulating pastures with views of the Tallarook State Forest. Take in the beautiful views as you relax from your campsite or take a stroll around the property and say hello to the many different animals/wildlife nearby. We are not a commercial campground and instead want to share the slower farm and country experience with our guests. We are easy to find just off the Hume FWY and are located nearby to many wineries, the Goulburn River, the Great Victorian Rail Trail and the townships of Seymour, Trawool and Broadford. Come along to unwind and relax from the big smoke and feel free to bring your beloved fur babies, paddle board, kayak or bike. For those with horses - we have a secure paddock with a dam and 20m round yard for horses to be secured overnight. The rail trail is a short 5 min drive where you can float your horses to and enjoy a scenic ride with your companion! Instagram: @eden.pines

Site 3 - Grassy flat
This was my 3rd time camping at Eden Pines with my dog. I love the spot, it’s easy to get to from Melbourne and the hosts are so welcoming and helpful. It’s a good base to explore the surrounding area. It’s also a peaceful spot just to chill out and relax. I will definitely be coming back again.

Site 1 - Dam camp one
We have just had the most peaceful weekend at Joel and Katie’s beautiful part of the world near Tallarook. The campsite was immaculate, so lush and green, great 360 degree views to spot all the wildlife. We loved the kangaroo show every night, we’ve never seen so many! Communication was very efficient from the start and mother in-law Jenny met us on arrival, a really lovely family. Our pooch was in heaven on our walks around the property! Such a great base if you’re a food/wine lover– we explored Tallarook, Seymour and Mitchelton Winery. We will definitely come again, even if it’s just a 1 night stop-over on our way back from Melbourne (only 1 hour, 10 mins) away.

Our second time staying and just and relaxing and enjoyable as the first time. Joel and Katie are both very warm and welcoming, I would highly recommend getting out here as your weekend getaway.

Site 1 - Dam camp one
Amazing place
Have a 21ft6 van it was extreme easy to navigate around the property . Sites are well grassed and stunning views . The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly . We were next to the dam and it was a great spot to just relax. You will need to bring your levelling blocks with you as site is somewhat flat . We needed 110mm lift to get it level in the area we picked . The dogs loved the stay and had the opportunity to run around whilst under my Control . The roo’s were nice to wake up to and a couple of ducks in the dam. You do hear some road and train noise but it’s not overpowering and does not impact your relaxing trip . Short 10mim trip into Seymour and 10mim to Broadford to use the dump points . Broadford has fresh potable water if you wanted to fill up with water . Service station just a short 5 min trip away on the hwy either direction . Definitely recommend staying here and we will be back 😊

Site 4 - North Hill
Nature at its best
Stayed on North Hill in our 16ft hybrid caravan, wasn’t able to get our van level enough for easy use but that was ‘our choice’. Joel was a fabulous host and had suggested another site which would have been better suited for van, showed us both sites and left decision to us! Site 4 view was absolutely beautiful, loved walking around property seeing wallabies, sheep, horse and abundance of birds. Even spent the day painting the landscape. So close to Melbourne without the mayhem, would highly recommend 😊
