Here on Grassmere Grange we have spectacular views over the Grassmere Valley, where the Merri River runs down stream on its way out to the mouth at Lady Bay in Warrnambool. You can try your luck with the elusive trout or just sit and wait to hear the platypus play at dusk. Plenty of time for just relaxing to the sounds of farm animals. Warrnambool is a 10 minute drive south for any day trips. Or if you’re going to be here for the May Racing Carnival, we can organise transport for you to get to and from town safely . You’ll have so many options to make the most of your vacation, kids can enjoy feeding and farm animals with us, whether it’s the ducks, geese, chickens, cows, sheep, Duncan the Clydesdale , Great Danes or just the farm cats.

Stunning campground
It has been an amazing weekend into Lyn campground. Beautiful and quiet place to enjoy a peaceful moment with your friends. We will coming back 100%. Thanks for all Lyn and D!

River Valley View Hut
A quiet oasis with amazing views
Lyn and Danny where the perfect hosts and the hut had everything you could ever need even including chilled glasses in the fridge and an expresso coffee machine and a super comfy bed. We were blessed with the most incredible weather and spent a relaxing Easter enjoying the views from the deck across the local hills. Lyn and Danny went out of there way to ensure the perfect stay and the property included many local friends of Lama's, a Great Dane, a Clydesdale Horse, cows and local wild life.
