Quiet sanctuary amongst the trees. Birds a-plenty and other wildlife. A dam adds beauty and a haven for the native ducks. Plenty of quiet spaces on the property. There is water available. Couples or families only. 1.5 kms from the railway station and V line service to Melbourne CBD (1 hour). 2 kms from Woodend township. 2 sites are available for vans or tents, 1 site with power and one without. Max of 4 people, 2 adults, 2 children, per site. A small caravan is available with a double mattress for 2 adults max. Locally there are plenty of walking racks, wineries, and villages to explore. No dumping of toilet refuse.

Space between the trees.
A modern day garden of Eden
Sharon’s land is like a garden of Eden. It’s peaceful, has many birds flying around, and the occasional kangooro can be spotted hopping in the distance. Woodend, with its many shops & restaurants is only minutes by car away. Thanks to the generous care of Sharon we had an unforgettable two-night stay. Would definitely stay here again, and can highly recommend! Five stars!

We had a lovely overnight stay at Space between the trees. With only two sites available you have plenty of privacy. The flushing toilet was a great added bonus and was only in a short walk. Sharon came over to introduce herself and she was absolutely lovely. We can highly recommend this place as an overnight stay or even extended stay in such a beautiful little town.

Space between the trees.
What a tranquil and beautiful place! I really enjoyed the birdlife, serenity and being able to sit by the fire. Sharon is a lovely host and checked in when required, and it was wonderful to hear how she build her straw bale house. I will definitely be back to share this beauty with my wife in the near future 👍

Lovely camp spot by the dam. Sharon was friendly and hospitable. Nice to have flushing toilets, sinks, potable water and access to communal tables. Would come back!
