Pine Cone Cabin
Cozy cabin experience
Great cozy cabin. We loved the carpeted loft area, as well as the wood burning stove, and the supplies provided to us in the cabin. Outhouse was clean. The radiator heater was enough to get us through a 20 degree night. The electricity and lights were helpful too. We cooked over the campfire with the grill (firewood is onsite for small fee by Venmo/cash), and the cooktop/toaster oven. Plenty of cooking utensils/pots/pans. Some cell service, but good place to disconnect. Overall comfortable stay. Thank you!

Pine Cone Cabin
I had a great stay at Susanna's cabin. It was very convenient to have electricity and running water. I brought my own wood for the wood stove but noted that there was plenty on site for purchase (either by cash or Venmo). I had great weather during my stay, and only used the stove one night. The second night, the electric radiator was perfect for keeping it cozy. I appreciated Susanna's detailed notes for planning what to pack. I didn't have any reception at the cabin--it was nice to be truly disconnected. I will definitely come back in the future!

A must stay
Pinecone cabin is a dreamy little getaway settled in a beautiful forest of pines, maples, and birches. The cabin included a surprising amount of amenities like a fridge, sink, wood stove, games, camp chairs, and an outside table set. We had the most lovely weekend and enjoyed the seclusion the land offered. There was plenty of wood for the four days and the large outdoor fire pit made cooking over it easy. Loved going to sleep listening to the howling of coyotes.

Pine Cone Cabin
My wife and I loved staying at pine cone cabin. The cabin was clean and neat. There was plenty of wood for the fire pit for the whole weekend. It was hard to be anything but relaxed. The outhouse was clean and pleasant to use- really not bad. The of Groton was having their annual Fall Foliage Festival and everyone was so friendly. We look forward to going back again for years to come. Pinecone Cabin was perfect!

Pine Cone Cabin, Vermont.
My husband and I stayed for 2 nights with our old Rottweiler. It was a wonderful little cabin and a great site for our anniversary wekend. There was almost everything we needed already there so some things never even got unpacked!! We will recommend to any and all and I hope to stay again! Plenty of room for walking the dog and more than enough room for larger parties with tents. Thank you to Susanna for hosting this wonderful site! Kim Martin

Pine Cone Cabin
I enjoyed staying here four nights as a base camp for day hikes around North-Central Vermont. Susanna was exceptionally helpful with my late arrival after dark and another mishap of my own creation a few days later. She was concerned and attentive, much more so than any AirBnb owner I've rented from. Thank you, Susanna! FYI - Even though it's rural Vermont, Google maps was very reliable in terms of finding the driveway for this cabin based on the address I received through HipCamp after booking the cabin.
