Your tent campsites are located on the edge of the town of Bristol offering privacy with convenience. Set up your tents in the woods or on the lawn. There is plenty of room for 4-6 tents depending on tent size. The large sloping lawn is perfect to play games, have a small fire and grill on the mini Weber! The property has an outhouse style toilet, an electrical box for charging cell phones and potable water via a spigot near the outhouse. On site you will find a patio table with five chairs, three Adirondack chairs, a mini Webber grill and fire pit. The entrance is marked by the CAMP flag in the photos, there are solar lights along the fencing, paths, and toilet area. From camp you are 1 mile to Main Street in Bristol, an idyllic small Vermont town with local eateries, shopping, grocery and a town green with a playground that hosts events and has a Monday Farmers Market. Middlebury is a 20 minute drive, Lake Champlain 30 minutes, Burlington 45 minutes. Please only use the fire pit for fires, no fires in the woods. Wood can be purchased at the grocery store and gas station in town, please do not source wood from the property. Please stay on the paths and use the cleared campsite areas in the woods. Some areas are protected for wildlife and/or your safety! The property next door is our home and an airbnb, please respect the guests! There are chickens, a german shepherd and an outdoor cat that live on the property next door. The rooster Roger gets up with the sun, you will likely hear him crow. Our German Shepherd may pay you a visit, he is very friendly. Quiet times: While this site feels remote, you have neighbors. Please observe quiet times from 10 PM - 7 AM. No ragers please (big parties)! There are neighbors on the other side of the fence. These are tent camping sites only, NO RV'S, We do not have parking available beginning in the 2025 year. Bicycles only. For large groups please DM us. We ask that all campers pack in and pack out. If you are in need of a tent or other amenities please DM us.Once on site you have three parking spots, followed by a sweeping lawn that leads you into the woods. There are three clearings in the woods that you can pitch a tent on, or set up on the lawn. Once you have yourself situated, follow the paths through the woods to the toilet, charging station and water spigot. Bring your outdoor games & the fixings for smores! A fire pit ring is located on the lawn with three chairs for camp fires (wood can be purchased in town at Shaws)! There is a patio table with 5 chairs and a mini weber on site for your use. We only book one group on the property at a time,  you will have the full acre to yourself.  There is a wild section of woods separating the lot from the house,  it is home to an array of wildlife and we ask it remain wild. You can see a fox den from the lawn if you look carefully!  While on the edge of town we do get wild visitors including deer, raccoons, fox, skunks and on at-least one occasion a bobcat. Neighbors have reported bears, please keep food and trash in locked receptacles or your vehicle. We live in the barn. We have a friendly german shepherd Jax and grey outdoor cat Atari.    The farmhouse is an airbnb. The airbnb guests use the side lawn between the woods and the house. We raise chickens, their home can be seen from the outhouse. You will hear Roger the rooster crow and the ladies clucking in the morning! If you are interested in eggs please DM us! Bristols Main street is a bike ride away and has a variety of eateries, shops, a grocery, pharmacy and town green with a playground. This site will no longer accommodate parking in the 2025 season. Bicyclists and hikers only. For larger parties or bike tour vehicle needs please DM us.

We loved the place, it was really great to take a shower (even two!) outside after a long hot day of bike; nice experience. It was calm, the place was useful with the water close to the camp, we woke up with the roaster, pretty nice. Thank for the warm welcome

The location was nice and tent sites good. I would have liked an electric outlet to heat water(the charging station was too far off the ground to use a water kettle). Toilet was clean and dry. Outdoor shower was perfect. Thank you!
