We purchased the property from archeologists who built the home themselves. We are working to make it a farm stay.

Awesome Place
The camping space was great and secluded, and there was lots of firewood nearby to keep the fire going all night. We met both of the hosts, and they were very welcoming and kind people. There are also 2 dogs, one of which played fetch with us until about midnight. It was a fantastic experience.

Enjoyable Stay, Close to State Park
Tex and Maizy are the cutest pups on the planet and the goat that they hang with is also really fun. The spot was perfect and it looks like they are in the process of adding on other areas to camp at which is great. We went on a damp weekend and while there is plenty of wood on site not much of it was dry. Not a knock against the owners just make sure you pick up some dry wood if it's been raining lately. The property is about 20-25 mins from Buescher/Bastrop State parks!

Had a lovely time at Sweet Valley Farm. Biked there from Austin and Mandi helped advise us on best roads to get there. They have a cute little dog Tex who loved hanging out with us. Really enjoyed our stay.

Sweet Valley Farm
Lovely host and a great refuge in an area tough to find camping (that is not over- priced “glamming”). She is developing her property in very cool ways and just needs to follow through to make this a top notch Hipcamp.
